I get off at 11pm and live 30 minutes away from Laurel. Picked up my order, drove home. Pizza was burnt. I just got off the phone and I was as nice as I could possibly be. Manager was very rude in her tone. I don’t appreciate that. I’m a human too.

While on the phone with an employee that was about to go on a delivery and told me the actual manager was there? He would take my call as soon as he got through boxing. A pizza The young man put me on hold and 12 minutes later. No one still came to the phone, so takes the manager 12 minutes to box a pizza. I eventually just hang up and decide to go through the pain. Staking recording that keeps asking you will be pick up our delivery. Even though I'm not placing an order. I'm trying to speak to a manager and I finally get through waiting on someone to pick up the phone and the phone is picked up and immediately disconnected, this place does not care about service. Does not care about customer concerns and apparently thinks that their lack of customer care. Will have no effect on business. I'm finding this to be a little bit of a common denominatorWith dominoes from location to location, it doesn't seem to change or get any better.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After about an hour, I called the store and was told they were busy and my order was next to be prepared (had to call 3x to finally get through). 30 minutes later I tried calling the store again but kept getting cut off because they weren't answering at the store. The system said my order was being processed, and you can bet they took the money from my account, but there was no way to cancel my order or contact them for an update. Will be curious to see if it ever shows up. Will be ordering elsewhere.

Me and my wife ordered delivery and after 45 minutes pizza wasn't being prepared so we called to let them know we'll just come pick it up.( That usually gets the ball rolling) When I got there I asked the associate if the delivery charge was going to be refunded. He double checked with the manager on duty, I think his name was Nathan or something like that, and the manager treated him like dog shit and cussed him in front of me and one maybe 2 more customers. I understand it's probably stressful but you don't treat your team like that, especially in front of customers. He's probably why this location is always having trouble finding employees. And I don't think I've gotten a pizza that was actually cut all the way through in like 2 years.

They down went down hill since last year. Had a delivery today it went from worse to terrible. Box bent with cheese on top of the lid… I was gone let it go until I got in house and I couldn’t hardly pick the pasta with my fork because it was so dry and stiff. they said I had to bring back up there for a refund but I wasn’t going up there for they mistake, so I just said remake it!!!

I ordered through uber eats to find out that it said was delivered but nowhere to be seen. I gave it 15 minutes just in case but nothing has been reached out to me and i’m not even sure if i’m going to get a refund.

This is absurd and dumb. Next time don’t say delivered when its not in front of my door.

I got this pizza from ocean springs to show laurel dominos employees how a pizza suppose to be made. Y’all stingy with the toppings and always making the hand toss a thin crust. I almost gave up on dominos bc others like me said ya’ll pizzas are pathetic. I will be ordering from ocean springs whenever I come down even though I live in Wayne county. Smh yall need to better

Never received my order. Never got a phone call. Order was cancelled. I called the store, they were unapologetic, said they were too busy to reattempt delivery. Did not offer to remake it, and the attitude from the worker on the phone was not good customer service. Love dominoes but this was not a good look for this location.

I called and ordered a large Pepperoni, extra cheese thin crust pizza with garlic parmasean sauce.
I arrived and they couldn't find my order in the system. They asked twice what i ordered. After a short wait they gave me a pizza. I get home and it's not thin crust, not garlic parmasean sauce... but I'm hungry so I'll eat it. Totally not my pizza. I guess they just grabbed one for someone else and gave it to me. Come on guy's 🤦‍♂️
From now on I'll just stick with pizza hut.

Hamby Family

Have eaten at this dominos hundreds of times and overall, they always do a great job. Pizza is always hot and fresh. Drivers are always polite and fast. Rarely ever encounter any problems here. Def recommend. :)
