I accidentally ordered a pizza to my parents house -my fault- called 5 times and they never answered the phone so I could cancel.

so I doordashed a pizza for $18 bucks the order gets delivered but it's not at my door so im like dang let me call them. I call they said the driver tried to call me which im not sure why, old phone number was being called so I didn't get anything on my end. the driver didnt even enter my apartment complex just completed it and went back to domino's I assume idk she tells me it's gonna be another 2 hours before he can bring it to me im like okay thats fine 2 hours go by nothing at my door... so I call and shes like oh yes it'll be there shortly im like ok.... I wait another hour NOTHING so I had to go to domino's to tell them about it and they were never gonna bring this pizza they remade it right then told me to go wait in the parking lot like 30 minutes goes by im confused so I ask a delivery driver to please check on my order. after 5 hours I finally got my dang 18 dollar medium pizza. do better dominosssss ♡
Seriously….One whole slice of nothing but bubble and since when did New York style has 8 slices. Every-time I order somethings always up with the food, I let go thinking they probably busy…yk stuff happens. This right here is a clear representation of below par management.

I ordered a specialty pizza,didn't get all of my toppings, the manager lied and said they were on there!I have pictures to prove no italian sausage or spinach ir mozzarella cheese were added!And charged me 18.99,which should have been 9.99 online price.on top of all that the manager had a real nasty attitude

Ordered sandwich, dessert and drink at 12:27pm. I called to find out what was going on at 1:45, and was told 20 more minutes. At 2:55 the order arrived. The sandwich was falling apart and had to be put back together and cold. The dessert was ok and the drink was warm . I don’t think if you’re hungry that ordering from here is a good thing. Next time I will find a place to walk to get food.

It's place is a joke! Lost my order The clerk up up to the manager was nothing but rude would not make my order right and then wanted to tell me it would be 45 minute wait or longer! Then after trying to place my order they told me I could not pay with cash If it was not for customers they wouldn't even have a job but they really don't care! I will never get pizza from them again!

Domino's needs to get rid of automated answering. Pretty damn sad you can't get a real person on phone.

I get off at 11pm and live 30 minutes away from Laurel. Picked up my order, drove home. Pizza was burnt. I just got off the phone and I was as nice as I could possibly be. Manager was very rude in her tone. I don’t appreciate that. I’m a human too.

While on the phone with an employee that was about to go on a delivery and told me the actual manager was there? He would take my call as soon as he got through boxing. A pizza The young man put me on hold and 12 minutes later. No one still came to the phone, so takes the manager 12 minutes to box a pizza. I eventually just hang up and decide to go through the pain. Staking recording that keeps asking you will be pick up our delivery. Even though I'm not placing an order. I'm trying to speak to a manager and I finally get through waiting on someone to pick up the phone and the phone is picked up and immediately disconnected, this place does not care about service. Does not care about customer concerns and apparently thinks that their lack of customer care. Will have no effect on business. I'm finding this to be a little bit of a common denominatorWith dominoes from location to location, it doesn't seem to change or get any better.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered in 30-40 minutes. After about an hour, I called the store and was told they were busy and my order was next to be prepared (had to call 3x to finally get through). 30 minutes later I tried calling the store again but kept getting cut off because they weren't answering at the store. The system said my order was being processed, and you can bet they took the money from my account, but there was no way to cancel my order or contact them for an update. Will be curious to see if it ever shows up. Will be ordering elsewhere.

Me and my wife ordered delivery and after 45 minutes pizza wasn't being prepared so we called to let them know we'll just come pick it up.( That usually gets the ball rolling) When I got there I asked the associate if the delivery charge was going to be refunded. He double checked with the manager on duty, I think his name was Nathan or something like that, and the manager treated him like dog shit and cussed him in front of me and one maybe 2 more customers. I understand it's probably stressful but you don't treat your team like that, especially in front of customers. He's probably why this location is always having trouble finding employees. And I don't think I've gotten a pizza that was actually cut all the way through in like 2 years.
