Ok. I've wanted to write one about this for awhile. Here's the good stuff.
1. The food was great. And I mean great. It was a high end dinner.
2.They had 🍷 ect.
3. Service was fantastic. 10 out of 10
4. Parking was simple and easy.
5. Menu was simple and easy.

Now the bads.
1. Bathroom needs remodeled, ceiling falling. Dirty counters. Very dated.
2. Environment has a bit of a dive feel. Tables arent comfortable.
Chairs aren't comfortable at all.
3.Came here for a buisness dinner and the music was loud . If it was a higher comfort and a bit more classy environment I bet they'll knock it out of the park.

Food was a 10 out of 10. It's good stuff. !!

Meals were delicious. Waitress was a bit slow on drink refills, but she was good on everything else. The atmosphere was good but the place looked a bit old but clean.

We traveled 120 miles to eat dinner with our daughter. This restaurant was definitely worth the trip. The atmosphere was cozy. The service (Jenny) was awesome. She helped us decide on what to try. The food was outstanding. I had the Eggplant Ellouise (best I have ever eaten). My husband and daughter had the ribeye burger with home cut fries. They ate every bit of it! We had the Charcuterie Board which was very good. My favorite part of the entire meal was the homemade hot bacon vinaigrette. I could have drank it from the bottle it was that good. We will definitely be back!

Was visiting home(Soso) before heading back to Thailand and finally had the chance to eat at Edgar's Steakhouse in Laurel, Ms. The Crab Claws were amazing, the Steak was ,hands down, the most tender tasteful steak that I've eaten in my 48 years on this earth. My wife repeated how delicious her Salmon was and home-made dressing on our salads was something that I'm sure I'll fail at trying to duplicate. The service was equality outstanding and I couldn't give a higher recommendation if I wanted to. This will be a must visit restaurant on our next trip to the US.

Kid-friendliness: My son loved his chicken tenders and steak fries. The freshly squeezed lemonade was great!

We were looking for a place to eat and came upon this gem! Food was absolutely delicious. Our server Jenny was amazing. She made us feel at home and our dinner was delivered hot and our table was never overloaded. Would definitely recommend this steakhouse!

We ate from the brunch menu. Chicken and waffles is a joke. Not good. Waffles served cold. Very little chicken meat. No flavor. Avoid. Steak from steak and grits was delicious. Grits were edible but not great. Fried crab claws were pretty good. May try them again in the future but this was a total bust.

First off the service was great. The food was wonderful. The amount you get is worth the price. The only fault I had was that I sat in the bar since it was just me and I didn't want to take up a table. I was surprised to see 6 smallish children allowed in there. I will say they were well behaved I was just taken aback.

Mother's day buffet was a complete disaster . We came after church and it was almost all gone and some of it was cold. I could have dealt with that but you could only make one trip so if they put out something hot after you couldn't go back. And when I told the manager he was very rude. And this is the first bad review I've ever given anyone.

The food was very good, our server never introduced herself to us. She was young and I think she needs training. Our salads came at the end of our meals, and we had to ask for them. I got the shrimp and grits and they were good, but could have been temperature warmer. You can excuse somethings if the food is hot! Overall not a bad night. I think the place could really use a major overhaul and updating. Also, would have loved to have had dessert, but we were not asked if we would like to order any!

This restaurant is located at The Dixie Golf Course and this was my first visit to this location. I have to say my first dining experience at Edgar's Steakhouse was very positive as I was provided the absolute best service I have had in the entire area! The daily specials are nice and they also have one of the best selections of menu items in the area. The building and restaurant interior are on the older side and might benefit from some refreshing to improve the ambiance but what they have works for now. The steaks seem to be on the expensive side here but perhaps they are worth it? I haven't had a steak here yet so that is TBD. I enjoyed my experience with one of their daily specials! Now I also enjoyed my dessert but I found the price for my creme brulee to be rather expensive for just a creme brulee. Now I eat creme brulee all the time in NOLA and it is usually cheaper than what I paid here but I don't know anywhere else around Laurel, MS that does a creme brulee... so maybe the price reflects the rarity of this item locally? The rest of the restaurants in the area need to send their servers here to learn how to do a great job and take care of their patrons better...My thanks to all the great staff here!!!

This is one of the best places to eat in Laurel. The servers are always friendly, and they have the most delicious food. The food is cooked to perfection. They have a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend.
