I called in an order today. I was told on the phone that it would be 20 minutes. When I arrived I stood in a 15mins long line waiting just to find out that my food had 5 orders ahead of me. It didn’t do any good to call my order in because the people that were in the line ahead of me and in the drive thru ahead of me orders came before my call in that was called in 25 minutes prior to the time of me finding out that they fix the food in the order that the orders are received. Meaning it WILL NOT DO YOU ANY GOOD TO CALL IN A ORDER HERE… THRY TOLD ME A 20 Minute LIE ON THE PHONE… WHAT’S THE USE OF ACCEPTING CALL IN ORDERS IF YOU HAVE TO COME IN AND WAIT ANYWAY AS ORDERS ARE RECEIVED???? JUST TELL PPL THE TRUTH!!! TELL THEM YOU DON’T TAKE CALL IN ORDERS… BECAUSE YOU HONESTLY DON’T ‼️

Don't waste your time here. We stood waiting to go order for over twenty minutes while they served their drive through orders. I had to ask for coffee and donuts as the staff forgot about us after five minutes. Observed other people going up to the counter asking about their order, meanwhile the drive through was moving. Seemed unfair to people going inside. I will not go here again. ?
