The cook Tony had excellent customer service but the cashier Harlee answer the phone like she did not even want to be at work her attitude whenever I picked my food up was very unpleasant

We gave our order to the waitress. I wish I got her name but didn’t yesterday February 25 about 11:30 she brot our drinks n we sat there n watched sev people pick up or n leave then the cook left. Finally maybe 25 minutes later the waitress came bac n asking didn’t we order we said of course then she said well she knew she write the order dn n turned it in but it’s missing. They gave us our drinks but no food as the cook was gone this just saying lunch hour No Cook in sight. No Food. Great we couldn’t do anything but leave at that point as we had important medical appointments. I don’t think we’ll be going there again

Went here because a friend compared it to waffle house, even saying it was better. But I was pretty disappointed. Food wasn't great, service was pretty bad even with the place being empty. Save your money and just hit the waffle house.

Dirty environment old food all over the floor I did a online order passing thru the area When I arrived I was greeted by a rude lady server Kavia who acted as though she couldn’t find my order and it was right there in front of her treated me like I was stealing And then when I asked for a few packets of ketchup to go with my hashbrowns she charged me 1.40$ and rang it up as a cup of ice I never in my 30 years of living have heard of being charged for ketchup especially of you ordered hash browns just rude and nasty

I am a trucker and had to do my 34-hour reset at the truck stop with the huddle House in Laurel, Mississippi. I ate dinner there one night and lunch the next day. Absolutely amazing food and the greatest customer service you'll ever get. Somer, One of the waitresses there was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend stopping by and enjoying a great meal here.

The person that took the order was very rude when asked for a refund before the food got started because of the rudeness she told me I had to wait two hours for Manager to come she couldn’t put the money back on the card so it forced me to take the food. I went to the restaurant the next day to talk to the manager the manager was not there and still have heard nothing from the manager.
She stated we could not play our phone There is no sign up it says you cannot have phones that’s like telling me I can’t come in there talking on my phone on speakerphone or if a child is playing their tablet they can’t have the volume up. It wasn’t even the fact that she said you couldn’t play the phone it was the fact of how she said it. By the way the place was empty completely
What some people don’t understand is Your customers is the people that makes your pay check if we don’t buy food there y’all don’t get paid so why be rude for no reason? Customer service is everything the way how you talk to people.
24 hours apparently doesn't apply at 5:30 AM on Dec 10th. I ran into another customer who said he's not even surprised anymore when 24 hours means open some of the hours.

The only good about this place is that it has truck parking, the tables were dirty amd I wanted to have a good sit down meal, but then I remembered why I dont stop here, the food was horrible, the pancakes were a bit hard, the waitress took awhile to come by and check on me to see if I need anything, I highly do not recommend this place or any huddle house for that matter
