First time going to Jack's. We went through the drive thru so can't say on the atmosphere. Being from out of town we were surprised that no utensils were provided with the meal. The food, however, was very good.

McDonald's and others should take note of how Jack's does it and try to improve their service and quality.

Friendly employees. It's nice to see in the morning. They greet you and engage with you. Most places act like you are interrupting them. Good food also for a good price.

Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered a take-out three piece meal with sides of Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Green Beans. I made the mistake of waiting till I got home to open everything - see attached photo. To top it off, the BBQ sauce was missing and the fries (that I didnāt order) tasted like old grease and were extremely soggy. Note: except for not having ketchup on the hamburgers, they were edible: graded 2.5 stars.

Every time i come to Jackās, I have to āpull upā. On top of that, most of the time, there is no one behind me. I usually order a burger or chicken sandwich and some fries. It does not take 15-30 minutes to bring that out!! This is every time. The food is good but the āfast foodā service is horrible. There is nothing fast about this.
