Best damn fries I've ever ate in my life the rib Burger was a whole lot better than the McRib the cheeseburger was excellent will be back to try out everything else thank you Jack we came back this morning and got a McRib and a free double cheeseburger it was fantastic the fries were outstanding we will be back if we lived in Laurel and close to Jackson we would make Jacks our home probably sleep over if we could

Came through the drive through and it was terrible! It took 30 or 40 minutes to get our food and they didnt give us all of our food. They told us we couldn’t get the deal that was shown in the ad on the app so we got something else. We thought they forgot to give us our biscuits but it turns out they were out of biscuits and didn’t tell us. Even though we paid for them! Sketchy!

Sherrita is the sweetest manager that I have had an encounter with!!🥰😘 She made sure my food was good , hot and fresh!!! Her attitude and her smile made me want to order more lol ,but unfortunately I know I will be full as a tick, as soon as I get done with my meal

Unfortunately corporate companies, such as Jack’s, don’t care who they hire, how those people treat customers, or if we never came back because they make so much money that it’s irrelevant to them.
I have ordered a milkshake that is half mountain fudge and half cookies and cream since they have had their current brand. I have also worked at the moody location many moons ago and I know things change but this is getting ridiculous.
I was told three years ago at the Leeds location by an employee that in order to get two flavors mixed in my milkshake there would be an extra charge. After writing on our cities facebook page the district manager and store manager responded to me apologizing as this is not a store policy, and offering me a free milkshake which I never went back to receive because the location is not my favorite.
Today while in laurel Mississippi I was told by the employee “we can’t do that” over the speaker. My husband asked her does the size of the shake matter and she said “no” she then refused to answer anything else over the speaker so we went to the window. I explained what I wanted and she told me that it’s against company policy. I told her no it is not and was in the middle of explaining how I have spoken to several managers about this and she cut me off and yelled out for her manager “Savanah!!!! The lady wants to know..” And walked away from the window. Fortunately the manager was nice and took my order and made it herself and brought it out to me. But I am so tired of these dang entitled lazy employees everywhere you go.
If it’s not the ice machine being broken at McDonald’s it’s being told they don’t serve blackened tenders at Popeyes because they don’t want to make anything. If it’s not that it’s being told that it’s against company policy to combine ice cream flavors. What sense does that make? They all cost the same price. It’s not anything extravagant. I don’t understand what people think other than “how can I get out of doing my job?”

It would take Laurel to ruin a Jacks experience. I’ve been to over a dozen. Waiting 10 min to the side for a mobile order placed 10 min ahead of time before pickup is something I ever experienced at a Jacks. Also didn’t even give me my ice coffee because they don’t have any. So I’ll just take that loss and avoid the headache of getting $2 back. Thanks

We were on a bus trip of 56 people to Laurel Mississippi. First time there ever! I heard of Laurel Mississippi on HGTV when Ben and Erin was their to revitalize their town. The staff were arguing amongst themselves instead of coming together for the sake of the customers. Everyone should just pitch in and settle their differences later. It was a very long wait. People who had ordered through the drive thru had to come in because they didn't receive their order or it was incorrect. It left a bad image on this establishment,on our bus trip! 20 people decided to go and try your food. It was a horrible experience. Hopefully, this type of issue won't happen again!
