Hey guys not Rocket science . Ordered a blt, Told dude 4 times no mayo or condiments of any kind. So he says so no lettuce or tomato ? I say yes, just know mayo. Get my sandwich, it's covered in mayo ! And got my drink wrong ! Come on folks , 15 minutes later just asked for a refund ! Needless to say, will not be back !

The level of incompetence of the young lady at the counter was amazing. She was far more interested in having fun with coworkers than listening to her customer. Had to repeat a simple order multiple times and she still got it wrong. Food was cold too. She didn't seem to understand how to operate her sales computer. Would not recommend this location. They also currently have a B rating on cleanliness.

Was the nastiest tasting and poor presentation of food I’ve seen in a long time. Paid 10 in some change for a 2 piece chicken and sides. Given a huge dump of running Cole slaw that look liked it was just dumped in milk and put on my tray with a cup. On top of that I given an extra cup of Cole slaw. What the heck?! Chicken hard and had to actually hunt for clean table. Stay away! Something can’t be right in that place.

I live right behind Jacks in Laurel Mississippi. at 10:40 pm I walked over to get me & my wife a small quick snack & they have folks in there eating folks walking round & have the door locked.. they close at 11pm so why are their doors locked at 10:40 when people are trying to get in to get something to eat. Go back across the lawn to where I stay not even 500 ft away to get wife’s car go through drive through by this time it’s 10:45 still time to order they tell me on drive through they are closed.. THEY CLOSE AT 11PM. So why in the hell do they have the doors locked & saying drive through close at 20 mins til 11 when they close at 11… don’t go there if you want to get turned down for service

For a newer restaurant, it started off good but has went downhill since. Drive-thru is slow, always making you pull up and wait. Went there this morning, no one in line and asked to pull up. Someone came in behind me and got their food first. Finally brought my food out minus my drink. Thanks K for not giving my drink. Got my food and it was all cold. It had been sitting for a while, don't know why I had to wait. Some employees are friendly though, it's a shame the bad ones will bring it down. I travel all over the state and it is a shame that Laurel has such a low bar for fast food employees.

Went through the drive-thru at 9:39. The drive-thru and dining room were supposed to be open until 10:00. I was told they were sold out of food. When I expressed incredulity they told me they were closed.

I ordered some fries and asked for them to be hot with extra seasoned. Well the fries dark, old and re dip in the frying grease. I ordered a LG paid 3.26 and those fries was not eatable. I did called the manager and she stated for me to come back by and get another order. But I requested fresh and extra seasoned fries. I was so disappointed ?
