First time going to Jack's. We went through the drive thru so can't say on the atmosphere. Being from out of town we were surprised that no utensils were provided with the meal. The food, however, was very good.

Good food and fast, tough to beat the prices in today's economy. Quality has been great and a value compared to most fast food places.
McDonald's and others should take note of how Jack's does it and try to improve their service and quality.
Chicken is really good too and is always fresh when I go.

The burger was good, but the service made it. I didn’t get her name was she was super friendly, chatting it up with my daughter who was ordering our food. Fries were nice and hot too.
