I agree with Sandy Collins ... every single time we go to the KFC in Laurel, they have screwed up our order, royally! Tonight was the third or fourth time! How hard is it to understand? A three piece meal, all legs, original, with two sides, which are mashed potatoes and coleslaw. This is the only thing I've ever ordered from KFC for years and this is the first place that can't ever seem to get the order right. This time my son was told that we can't choose the pieces, and that it doesn't come with the sides. Bullš©! You all need to do a better job in training your employees and make sure they know the products and the menus. And yes, as someone else had mentioned, if you work in the food service business, you need to acknowledge your customers. This is absolutely the last time we'll be going to this KFC branch! When you're paying almost $30 for two meals, you expect it to be what you ordered! RIDICULOUS!!! We'll just go to the one in Ellisville from now on! P.S. And no biscuit to boot!
Went thru drive up. Could not understand the guy. Told they didn't have chicken. Got tender combo. Didn't get any sauce, they forgot to give me drink. Food warm, not hot.

KFC makes me think of chicken cooked with the original family recipe. Mouth waters just thinking about it. I had the chicken sandwich during my visit. Very tasty with a very large breast and pickle inside. I will be back for more.

This is a very busy restaurant. The restaurant manager waited on me and she was very polite. The food is good and easy in and out and on your way.

The girl at the window was really sweet, but the rest of the staff not so much. They just grunt at you - they don't even say hello. They don't smile. They look completely miserable, and they serve you cold food. None of that is any good. I Won't Go Back

I was disappointed in my meal. About a 30 minute wait. The Korean chicken nuggets were very good. However, the chicken tenders, fries and biscuit were very dry and cold.

Didnāt put all my food in the bag and i didnāt realize till i was 30 minutes away from the restaurant. They only gave me the biscuits and fries. Now they wonāt answer the phone
