The girl at the window was really sweet, but the rest of the staff not so much. They just grunt at you - they don't even say hello. They don't smile. They look completely miserable, and they serve you cold food. None of that is any good. I Won't Go Back

KFC on 16th Ave. in Laurel Miss. is the absolute worst place if you want your order filled correctly. Three out of the last five times I've been there, my order was wrong. How can you possibly screw up a three item order?

Ordered 8 piece original meal. Was given a 5 piece. Chicken was super soggy. Best part was the biscuits. If I didn’t live so far away from it I may would’ve considered calling and complaining. But after seeing the product, I’m good. Lesson bought. No thank you no mo!

Ordered a 3 piece crispy chicken. Let me tell you folks, it was so crispy that there wasn't much of the chicken worth eating and you could tell it was cooked in old oil. I've eaten KFC all my life, this is the worst KFC I've ever had!
