I guess hardly anyone showed up for work??!!! I stood at front counter for 15 min.the manager or people that were there acknowledge me,I left and a guy that just got off his shift was loitering out front drinking a soda that he repeatedly kept refilling says "well no one came in",when I asked is it always like that?no customer service skills and no friendliness? I actually got waited faster in the drive thru.ehere a seedy gal took my credit card to another register? Please God hopefully she didn't copy my credit card number,!! One of the worst KFC's,I've visited!

Fast food usually taste good, but is not healthy for you. This particular KFC, the food was terrible and is not healthy for you. The biscuits are stale, tenders look like leftovers. I should've took pictures but I threw it away already. I would feel guilty if I gave that to my dog.

The staff, were aloof, I felt like I wasn't really welcome, just tolerated. The chicken pie was as always KFC quality, but the dining area was not really clean, with cleaning tools in dining area . The tables, chairs & booths looked like they had been wiped with a greasy rag. I could have enjoyed the visit except for the atmosphere.

The chicken tenders were not good. They were dry and rubbery. They seemed more like cheap grocery store ones you microwaved too long than fresh cooked at a restaurant.

I know you may not like your job but at least fake it. Team makes you feel super unwelcome and if you had the online system working I wouldn't need to interact with the people District manager work with team on customer service or get IT to fix online issues so we don't need to see your team

Everything was perfect except the fact there was a misunderstanding on the order. The lady was kind enough to make the order right. But I was supposed to get 2 sides and go 1 and there was a difference in the price but no refund.
