Highly recommend for their coffee and their sandwiches. Do not recommend for catering orders. I had a baby shower I was hosting. I messaged them two weeks ahead on Facebook to order a tray. Made a phone call and ordered it and my mom came down in person to confirm the order three days prior to the event So basically three confirmations . On the Saturday morning when I came to pick up the tray no one knew a thing about it. The girl the front asked when I ordered it. I said two weeks ago. She asked if I’d confirmed. I said yes three times. The last time in person. Needless to say I didn’t have time to wait for them to get one together and arrived at the event empty handed.
I got to enjoy the amazing iced coffee here while in laurel for vacation. My barista McKenzie was so sweet and made the best pumpkin spice drinks I have ever had. Definitely will miss them after I get back home.
Visited on the Saturday before Labor Day. The customer service is nonexistent. There were no customers when we walked in, we stood at the counter right in front of some guy serving rice. He never looked up and we were never even acknowledged. The two people that worked there just kept doing what they were doing. We waited a couple of minutes and then left. Six women were walking in as we were walking out. We watched as they were not acknowledged either and left. They looked like group of women who came to enjoy Laurel. I felt so sorry for them. They had such disappointed and shocked looks on their faces.

As mentioned several times, they were understaffed. They were out of several menu items. However, the egg omelet was sufficient. They seem to be very popular for specialty coffees, which had a wait of about 15 minutes.
Update: In response to the question, they were out of the Everything Bagel and some muffins.

Had the opportunity to visit here while my friends and I were in town. We went for brunch. I got an omelette with a blended coffee drink and also had their bread pudding a little bit later in the day. All were absolutely delicious. The staff were some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. There is plenty of seating with an upstairs area available and they’ve got a game cabinet if you’re looking to play a board/card game. Was a great experience and I definitely recommend a stop in here if you’re close by!

We had breakfast at Lee's on our way out of town. The food was delicious and the specialty coffees hit the spot! The staff were very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We'll definitely go back the next time we're in Laurel!

Stopped at Lee’s for lunch….delicious!! Had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a Chocolate Chiller frozen expresso…so good!! Staff was friendly and it is a lovely restaurant inside, done in the ol’ Laurel tradition. A great experience!!

We had a good experience at Lee’s on Friday, June 21st, everything was great! But, went back on Saturday and service and attitudes were awful! The girl acted mad because I asked about scones, and the Americano I ordered with 2 pumps of caramel and a splash of cream couldn’t even drink it. It took forever to get it and it was a cup full of milk/cream. Threw it away. The girl gave me dirty looks as she passed me. This was my 2nd trip to Laurel and was very disappointed this time.

Best place to hang in downtown Laurel. Very good service, good options for food, and open the hours you would expect for a restaurant. We visited Laurel at the beginning of a week and it was hard to find some local shops opened before the sun was high in the sky. Lee’s was opened early right in the heart of downtown and it was a hub of activity. #loweredexpectations

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Lee's today! Lattes were great, breakfast sandwiches were delicious, and Sarah made a special cheese scrambled egg for our toddler, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and it was full of tables of people who seemed to be regulars. We loved it, had a great experience and will definitely come back when we're in Laurel again!
I love this place! Such a cute little stop. Only complaints are that this last time I visited they got my order wrong and it took almost 15 min for a small cup of coffee. Besides that, though, I love it!
