Ordered a sandwich. Don’t get how you have Mustard and Mayo but no Ketchup. My pastry was hard. The sandwich was burnt on one side. The person taking the order was nice ish. Kept rushing us to order. Will not be coming back here!

We stopped by for breakfast while visiting Laurel. My wife ordered the crustless quiche and thought it was pretty good . I had the omelette with bacon and pepperjack cheese that was a tad over cooked and scorched. I ate it though just wished it wasn't cooked to the extreme . Prices were higher than they should have been . Took a while to get our food , not many people there at that time .

I don't want to not recommend this place but today was just awful. There were two tables of people there today including us so no crowd at all. We ordered 2 grilled cheese sandwiches one wrap and 3 waters. I don't know what the deal was but it took 45 minutes to receive our order. I finally walked up to check and they were just getting around to it. my son said the kid at the counter had no business dealing with customers. It was unacceptable we should have left but we had already paid and the kids were hungry. We wanted coffee but figured it was a lost cause. Thought you should know

My husband and I stayed at a beautiful Airbnb not far from this coffee shop. We actually walked about 2 blocks to find this wonderful and friendly coffee shop! The food, vibe, and coffee was amazing! We loved it so much we came back 3 times. The coffee was perfect! If you are ever in laurel please visit this this!

Super yummy coffee! It took a little while to get through the line of locals but everyone was friendly and the coffee was worth the wait.

The folks that work here are super friendly, and the coffee and matcha are delicious! I passed through Laurel on a road trip last week and asked the baristas here for drink recommendations. They recommended the Matcha Latte and the Brown Sugar Latte. I got the Matcha Latte. I came back and got the Brown Sugar Latte on my way back today. Both were great; really happy I found this gem and hope to be back next time I drive through Mississippi.

Just went to Lee's and ordered my wife a London Fog. Simple drink, just steamed milk, foam, earl gray or some English breakfast tea. What we
got was tea, with milk. I tried to let the person know it wasn't correct and they said it was. Not feeling like I wanted to argue I threw it in the trash and went elsewhere. I used to really like this place but lately it has gone downhill. Not sure what is happening there but there are other places I can spend my money.

-Response to the owner:
Yes the drink I received was hot tea with milk. The milk was not steamed there was no foam, it looked like normal tea with milk would look like. Not like the Earl Gray Latte, or London Fog. I have made these drinks before and know what they look like, this was not it. We have also had occasion to have a drink not come out right. But at those times, when I bring it to their attention they attempt to make it right. This time I was told it was right and no effort at all was made to make it better. So with that in mind I threw the drink out and we left.

Elaborating on the 'going down hill' We have been coming here since 2023, since we moved to Laurel. I understand turn over, but during that time I have seen the baked goods change drastically. The last cinnamon roll I had from there did not taste good at all. It tasted like it was a frozen roll, that was heated up and baked. Not what I am used to at all. The last time I tried a muffin it was very similar. I understand a while back you had lost the baker and had to find another, but this is a part of the place which I refer to. Other things appear to have changed, like the crust less quiche, I used to get that almost every time I visited, but now the taste is different, not at all like it used to be. I know things change, I can understand that, but I think the main reason for this statement was the customer service. I am not unreasonable, I can understand people having a bad day or whatever, but when someone comes to you saying this doesn't look right you do not expect them to say it is and have done with it.
