Was visiting the town of Laurel today and while walking the streets we noticed it was about to rain. Saw two coffee shops across from each other and picked one. Lee’s coffee won the pick solely on the cool looking building and chill looking inside. Can’t speak for the food but the coffee we got was very good and priced fair. The coffee had a great smooth taste but also packed a lot of flavor and punch. The staff was also fun to talk to and very helpful telling us the building...
We stopped in at Lee's Coffee &Tea for lunch while visiting Laurel. We were warmly greeted by a staff member who answered our questions and took our order. My wife and I had chicken salad sandwich and a cup of loaded potato soup. The sandwich contained classic chicken salad, featuring red grapes and a hint of pepper, served inside a flakey croissant. We stopped in to grab a quick coffee and breakfast before leaving town. Absolutely wonderful staff and ambiance, right in the heart of downtown. I didn't know about the bookstore located inside the building, so now I have another reason to come visit Lee's again...
