we asked for crazy bread extra crazy ( and explained what that meant which is extra Parmesan and butter, we was willing to pay the extra I even told her) well it was not extra anything and the worst crazy bread I've ever had! the pizza was not extra pepperoni like it supposed to be on the extra bestest and the dough on the pizza was not fully cooked! mind u we ordered 4 pizza it was the worst!! I would never recommend this lil ceasers

Slow service terrible staff management cussing and yelling at customers it’s a disgrace to the once great pizza place
Sent my daughter in for Cheese Bread and Cheese puffs today and they took her order wrong then had her wait …. Me and my mom waited in the car as several ppl came and went with their orders …. I understand that ppl do have online orders but she was told it would be 10 minutes and she had already paid . We waited over 20 so I got out of the car and go in to ask why was it taking so long only to have the lady give her the wrong thing when what she actually ordered was sitting in the oven shelf behind her before I even came in the door. My daughter is a teen but small and I felt like they were serving others over her because she wasn’t going to fuss. The lady in the front wasn’t the one to take the order and she did give us what we actually wanted in the end but it was to hot today to wait that long and on other occasions I have come to this same location and they mess up orders, cut pizza terribly, or are just plain rude. I don’t usually leave comments but today was not the day. Do better . The Ellisville location has mostly college and high schooler and they always do a better job anytime I’ve ever been there.

I recently went here and ordered the stuffed crazy bread took 2 bites and found mold inside of 2 of the 3 pieces. I did get a refund but feel like I should share my experience so others can check their food before they eat it because this could make people very sick
