Coffee was very good! Best latte I've had in awhile. Service was mildly friendly. One corner of the cafe was cool, the other half look like a storage unit. Bathrooms were fine

Favorite coffee shop in Laurel, hands down! Wes and his crew are so friendly, and the coffee is perfect.
was in Laurel visiting stopped by for a cup of coffee it was delicious
The best pumpkin spice latte! 🧡
I flew in this morning to meet up with family and explore Laurel for the weekend. We planned to start our day at Manuscript. We arrived at 10:30am on a Saturday, which is shown as an open time on a Google Maps. When we arrived the door was locked and there was no signage in the window indicating open hours or that they needed to step out. It's incredibly frustrating to plan a trip based on information the business publishes that is not correct and not maintained. I recommend not relying on their Google hours before you plan a visit.
Best coffee in town!

I’ve travelled to about half of the states, been to Mexico, Guatemala, and Canada, and this place has one of the best cappuccino’s I’ve had in my life. It’s a little cup of joy and heaven!

We stopped here while passing through Laurel and I LOVE the atmosphere! The people are nice, the drinks are delicious! My husband got an iced mocha with brown sugar and I got an iced Chai latte and this drink is the PERFECT balance of chai and milk! The set-up was great for my 2-year-old because it was well-laid-out. The plants also add a nice touch, and combined with the clean rustic aesthic and simplistic design, it makes for a warm, inviting, and refreshing feel, with a comforting vibe.
Vegetarian options: They have natural coffee products and a few baked goods!
Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of options
Parking: I parked close to the mercantile and walked. It's right beside Pearl's Diner
Kid-friendliness: I was very comfortable letting my 2-year-old stretch her legs here. We had quite a drive today and they had a clean and simple layout without a lot of breakables
Wheelchair accessibility: Access from the sidewalk with room to bring in wheel-chairs and strollers. The owners seem nice, so I'm sure they wouldn't mind moving some of the seating around to accommodate customers

What a great place to get coffee and Matcha. Love the ambience and the friendly barista. Good and clean space including bathrooms, good parking, and there is outdoor seating as well. I would come back! The Matcha taste could be a little bit stronger in my opinion.

Nice stop on a road trip. Very friendly and loved the vibe. Nice town to grab a coffee and stretch your legs looking in the local shops downtown before hitting the road again. I had a Basil Latte with made in house syrup and it was fabulous. One of my new favorites! We will definitely stop again on our trips through Mississippi.

Manuscript is exactly what downtown Laurel has been missing, a third wave coffee shop delivering exceptional coffee. It's clear the owner cares deeply about roasting and serving top notch coffee, and has created a fantastic atmosphere within which to do so. Can't wait to visit again!
