Alright, so I stroll into McAlister's Deli, and I'm thinkin', "This place better have some good grub, or I'm outta here." And let me tell ya, they delivered. The sandwiches? Huge. I mean, these things are like a meal and a half. And the sweet tea? It's like liquid gold.
The staff? They were on point. They didn't give me any grief when I asked for extra pickles. They just piled 'em on like champs. That's the kinda service I like.
Now, why not five stars, you ask? Well, the place was a bit too clean for my taste. I like a little grime, ya know? Gives it character. But hey, four stars is still pretty darn good. I'll be back for more of that sweet tea and those monster sandwiches.

If I could give it a negative rating number I would. This is the most trashy Mcalisters I have EVER been too. I have given them chance after chance only because we have very few salad offer restaurants in Laurel. The lettuce always has to be picked through to get the bad leaves out. The chicken looks like left over cold cuts. The soup bowls are always half filled and the cookies are not fully cooked. I am done with this Mcalisters.

This location can NOT get your order right.... you have to just accept what they give you or drive all the way back to the location to get what they failed to give you!! And instead of apologizing..they make excuses as to why they fail to get your order correct. We enjoy mcalisters.. when we don't have to argue with them and make extra trips to get our whole order! DEFINATLY needs new management.

Service was awesome!! The salad was great, but the chicken tortilla soup had no chicken. It's still a great place.
