Stopped at this McDonald’s and ordered a Quarter Pounder combo through the drive-thru. After paying, I waited an unusually long time before being told to pull ahead—then waited even longer. Eventually I went inside, where the kitchen crew was standing around, and I still had to wait in line just to ask about my order.
They handed me a bag that had been sitting on the back counter. When I got back to my car the food was cold. Worse, the “Quarter Pounder” didn’t even have a quarter-pound patty—just a thin standard burger patty. Total time wasted was over 30 minutes.
If I owned this location, I’d be embarrassed by the lack of care and quality.

Pulled up to the drive-thru, they came across the speaker to take my order, when I started to order nobody responded, wouldn't have been so bad but two other cars pulled up after me and got their order taken and went on around so I left two thumbs down

Went in to use the womens restroom. Handicap stall was nasty, toilet seat was halfway off, double roll TP dispenser was empty. Faucet was loose. Need to make some improvements.

Another disappointing experience and the last one for me! Arrived home with the order after waiting for 20 minutes due cashier not ringing the order correctly. Thinking the order would most certainly be correct...I was so wrong!!!

There is a young white guy who goes out of his way for you and a black lady with braids that wears a Grey shirt who goes out her way for ya also ..too many people to work so slow 🐌 😒

This place is the worse McDonald’s I’ve been to, this person snapped off on my husband for no reason. She comes slamming the drinks down and tells him here’s your order, he simply replied I’m waiting on the rest! Then her response was I know it’s coming, we have to cook it! I don’t know what was nastier her attitude, or the nasty bathroom that my four yr old refused to use. And the floors all over the restaurant were disgusting. And btw she did this in front of my small children, who asked why she was so rude. Not the way to treat paying customers, and definitely not a respectful law enforcement family!
