This place is the worse McDonaldâs Iâve been to, this person snapped off on my husband for no reason. She comes slamming the drinks down and tells him hereâs your order, he simply replied Iâm waiting on the rest! Then her response was I know itâs coming, we have to cook it! I donât know what was nastier her attitude, or the nasty bathroom that my four yr old refused to use. And the floors all over the restaurant were disgusting. And btw she did this in front of my small children, who asked why she was so rude. Not the way to treat paying customers, and definitely not a respectful law enforcement family!

If you go to McDonald's, you might want to sit in the line. They really don't pay too much attention to you inside. They rude as hell. Bathrooms be disgusting and lobby trashed because they always packed. One girl tried to help them by cleaning because she was trying to get a job there and he kicked her out and banned her from the restaurant. Management rude and bougie. . .
We placed a mobile order prior to 5pm. Got in line for a drive through pick up at 5:23pm. We got our drinks at 5:46pm and were told to pull up and wait.
Then I realized we were shorted a drink so went inside to get it. I didnât have any trouble getting the drink. I figured I would wait inside for our order and save them a trip. We were in a hurry which is why we went to McDonalds in the first place. At 5:57pm I told them to just give me whatever they have ready and I left.
So paid for two double quarter pounders I never got after waiting 35 minutes. Thatâs pretty wild.

Ordered two sausage egg cheese micmuffin with hashbrowns they forgot my hashbrowns had to drive all the way back get back home itâs egg shells in the eggs I call I get the manger they decided to make me new ones for the next day I go to get them the next day and guess what âŠ.. MORE FREAKING EGG SHELLS like seriously so I go to call yet again but at this point I donât want anymore food I just want whoever is on eggs to be moved to a different station buuuuut they literally took the phone off the hook so you canât get threw just avoid this McDonaldâs go to any other one the ppl arenât mean or nasty but if yâall canât cook a simple egg then what are we doing

Worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. Been in other states and other countries and Iâm not joking when I say this is the worst. Nobody knows what theyâre doing, food is always wrong, you wait for 30-40 mins inside or in the drive thru. I waited for 45 mins this morning patiently, while watching them look at my order on the screen along with everyone elseâs order who was in the lobby. They said to stop taking orders until the lobby was clear and taken care off, then went on taking orders and giving drive thru food for 45 minutes. After finally getting my food after saying something to them about waiting so long while they lied to everyone about being out of almost everything, I left and got to work. My entire order was wrong and had to go back. When I got back they told me they were out of what I had ordered. Not sure why they didnât tell me that when I was waiting for 45 minutes. This location should be shut down permanently or new management or ownership is needed. Everyone in Laurel knows how bad this location is and management is. Worst experience in my life. I will never go back and neither will anyone I know. I donât understand how theyâre still in business.
