Very slow in the lobby. Take someone FOREVER to come to front counter. Also they have the lobby freezing running everyone out of there. I recommend drive thru

Alert !Alert!Go to Jacks!Or elsewhere anywhere but here this McDonald's has lost all their workers to jacks went in there this morning no help waited 15 minutes on front counter for anyone to ring my order the manager kept working drive through she lost customers too totally ignored like we wasn't there when asked could a crew tale my order the manager gets smart and admits she did I get smart back so she carelessly say leave.Horrible place go where you're treated like you're coming to spend money exact reason why they lost people I will not be back some places and people never change McDonald's on Beacon is one

It was freezing inside. The windows were so sweaty/fogged up that you could not see inside or outside. We got our food and ate it in the truck. The food was good and hot. Store really cold.
My food was delicious! But both of the workers was not friendly at all. Seems like they didn't want to work today. Neither of them spoke not a word. Worst manners ever.

Whoever the workers were on November 20th around lunch were amazing. They seemed very nice, got the order CORRECT, and were overall great. In the recommendation it doesn’t say anything about their pies, but I’d definitely get the strawberry- I believe they’re strawberry and cream flavored.
