Stopped in for lunch at mcdonalds while passing through the area and was very disappointed to say the least. I had an elderly woman with me that doesn't get out much, so she didn't know the mcdonalds menu would by heart, like it seemed the staff expected. We were asked for our order before we could get the car stopped good and I explained that we would need a short amount of time for my passenger to look at the menu. The employee got irritated and asked for our order every 5 seconds until my passenger figured out what she wanted. We paid and received our food to find the worst mcdonalds food I've ever had. It looked like they just dumped the ingredients to the burgers in the boxes instead of actually putting the burgers together. It was cold and tasted off. We just threw our food away and went somewhere else. The employees were rude, and food was trash. Close the doors and turn off the lights if you can't do any better than this.

The burgers were hard and room temperature as were the fries, mcdonalds are a hit and miss food chain some of them you get fresh and hot food and some of them you do not, like for instance the one in laurel on 16th Avenue the food is almost always not fresh and you seldom get your entire order and you will never ever get the extra pickles you ask for however the one in Ellisville I get hot fresh food everytime I go there and if I ask for extra pickles they deliver a burger with extra pickles and my order is right 100% of the time.

Good day, fellow citizens. I find myself compelled to share a rather unpleasant experience I had recently at a local McDonald's establishment. As a patron of their services for many years, I feel it is my duty to bring attention to the deplorable state of affairs that has befallen this once-esteemed fast food establishment.
As I entered the premises, I was immediately struck by the disarray and chaos that seemed to permeate the very air. The staff, with their slovenly appearance and lackadaisical attitude, seemed more akin to denizens of the underworld than purveyors of culinary delights. The atmosphere was akin to a den of iniquity, with nary a semblance of order or civility to be found.
With a heavy heart, I placed my order, hoping against hope that the food would provide some solace in this bastion of despair. Alas, my hopes were dashed as I bit into a burger that can only be described as an abomination. The patty, dry as the desert sands, crumbled like the foundations of a once-great civilization, and the toppings, devoid of any flavor or freshness, added insult to injury.
It is with a heavy heart that I must conclude that McDonald's has fallen from grace. The very essence of what made it great—consistency, quality, and attention to detail—has been forsaken in favor of mediocrity and indifference. It pains me to witness such a decline, but I cannot, in good conscience, remain silent.
Perhaps my words may serve as a clarion call for McDonald's to reflect upon their current state and embark on a journey of self-improvement and redemption. Until then, I must bid adieu to this once-beloved establishment and seek sustenance elsewhere.
May we all strive for excellence and never settle for anything less.
And remember, as the great philosopher Jordan Peterson once said, "Clean your room and set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world." Perhaps McDonald's would do well to heed these words and restore themselves to their former glory.
Even today my Hero in our hospitality Industry is Late Ray Kroc, founder of McDonald. Unfortunately McDonalds in India has compromised with quality in big way. On visit to America I was looking forward to visit the outlet. Crispy Deluxe chicken I ordered was way below the required standard. Actually on taking a bite I found sheet/ skin like substance in it. I couldn't eat another bite. Real disappointment. Other items comparatively better.

Hey the manager doesn’t put salt on fries because she has high blood pressure. She sending everybody saltless fries cause she got high blood pressure make it make sense. Additionally they let you sit in the drive through the it out taking your order so they clock don’t start. This McDonald’s sucks.
