Worst McDonald's in Mississippi. Unfriendly staff, burgers (including wrappers and boxes) literally swimming in grease. Actually had to wait 15 minutes for 1 Quarter Pounder just to return it and have them make a new one (another 15 minute wait) which was just as nasty. On 2 burgers the cheese wasn't even melted and a hamburger came plain and dry which wasn't ordered as such. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Filthy, nasty, gross and disgusting with unfriendly staff!

I would give this McDonald’s zero stars if I could, it’s by far the worst I’ve ever been to. Employees are extremely rude and your order is rarely correct.I’ve literally witnessed employees hitting each other with bags of frozen chicken nuggets in the parking lot, and then fight all the way across the parking lot of other businesses, then walk straight back into the kitchen. All while waiting for my order.

She told me the food had just come up. I will not be back! I have issues work I service or food being wrong every time at this location.

There are too many kids playing on their phones, having friends come hang out, flat out ignoring customers, getting orders wrong, and are just rude, instead of working and doing their jobs!

I don't know if this is the right McDonalds. The one I went to was located on Sharon Rd. and inside the Love's Truck Stop. I used the kiosk to order and then my order was held up while three other customers came in, ordered food and received their orders. In the meantime I went to the counter to see what the holdup was. TWICE! The first time they said they were working on the order then ten more minutes went by before I went back. Again I repeated my order and found they had bagged it up and left it on the counter in the kitchen instead of bringing it to the table. By the time we got the food it was cold and an item was missing. Frustrated was not the feeling I had, it was anger. Instead of handling their customers they were trying to close. Unbelievable!!
