We were traveling thru the area and it came up when searching for restaurants. The dish in the picture looked amazing and the rating was a 4.8, so I was in. Hubby and I are small eaters and often share meals. After deciding to order dish before we got there and then seeing they also had ribs we ordered both. It was a whole lot of food but so glad we ordered both! Best smoked ribs I've ever eaten and it's one of my favorite foods. We will be back when passing through the area. Customer service was amazing. In fact everything was top notch.

The food was not what I expected.. especially for the price!! We ordered 2 4pc whiting meals and the fish was overcooked as well as the hushpuppies. The service was good but everything was WAYYY OVERPRICED!! Including the beverages, a bottle of stale Coka Cola $2.80!! And the To Go plates were CHEAP DOLLAR TREE plates, had to ask for TAPE just to keep them closed.. SMDH!! We would have came out better going to Circle K and getting a $3 Hot Dog Meal.. Seriously, but the place is very clean, the food..... smh WAS NOT HITTING ON ISH... IN MY OPINION

Our first visit to Mr. Fish. It was recommended to us while we visited Laurel. Being from the Coast, the food was on par. It was easy to get to from 59. We recommend Mr. Fish.

The food was great but the portion wasn't enough for the price. I got a catfish poboy and fries. The poboy had 2 small strips and probably about 10 fries for almost 12.00. I thought that was crazy. The food was great, the employees, nice place, but don't expect to get full. Oh one other thing thank you guys for not allowing animals at all place to eat. That are worth 100 gold stars by itself.
Coming back to my hometown to visit and all I wanted was some good fried cat fish. Mr. Fish was TOP TIER! Food was great, the vibes were better, service was excellent. Will be returning.
