I’ve eaten there so many times over the years I’ve lost count. Laurel has very little to choose from to begin with so it’s not like there’s any competition locally. I’ve never once got sick, the buffet hasn’t got a large selection but that’s a actually a plus. It’s always fresh. Their fried wontons are like no other in the country, I’ve never eaten one at any other place in several states that even come close.

New China Wok is a Chinese restaurant that offers a reasonably priced buffet with a decent selection of food. The food is generally good and hot, although one reviewer found the food to be cold on their first visit. The restaurant has a one-table buffet, which may not have enough of what some customers want, leading to waiting for certain dishes. The duck noodles are reported to taste like regular ramen, which is considered odd. The restaurant is a tight little spot but just about everyone has eaten there at least a couple times. The food has always been consistently good, and the sesame chicken is probably the best in the Laurel area. The buffet is somewhat limited, but the food is excellent, and the prices are extremely reasonable. The restaurant is a popular choice for regular diners, and highly recommended.
