They closed at 9pm although they said the drive thru close at 930. They refused to serve us. And when we got someone to come to the window and asked him for the store customer service phone number he didn't even come to the window. Ridiculous!!

Not the worst Panda I've been to. No large lids or straws in the dining room. Other than that all was good.

We came in on Oct 6th one guy trying to take care of drive-thru. He looks around at 6 people in line he starts trying to take orders up front a girl comes around the side where the employee's set on her phone then goes into the back and another guy come out starts taking orders and has to cook more food. This is all @7:30 we waited 30 minutes for stuff to be cooked a lady came in with wrong food brings it in to get her right order that one was ours then the guy working drive-thru trying to give it to use saying it didn't come out of the bag. Then when I wouldn't take food that I didn't know if been touched or he tells me well then it's gonna be a longer wait and went on to fix the next people in line. The food in the box he tried to make me take was wrong anyway the lady working fixed but by then they was open of what we ordered

Decent food, quick service but they are always out of something - every single time I go. Most recently they were out of plates - I kid you not. Also the dining room is usually a little grimy, especially on the condiment counter and around the drink machine. And they will lock the door early occasionally if the mood strikes them. Love Panda Express but this is not the one.

I love the pandas..but this restaurants at 12:27 noon did not have hardly nothing available alot empty pans no veggies at all only the noodles and rice... the chicken looks it dry up... I guess I have eat at the panda of Dallas tx...

This is fast food Chinese that has been a decent to good experience at all the other locations I've visited. The ambiance is pretty much like all the others but far less crowded and far more poorly run. Sadly this is the WORST location I've ever visited. They constantly don't have most of the options prepared. They are constantly out of iced tea so when I purchase a drink and then try to get iced tea I have discovered it is empty except on one occasions out the four visits I've made here. I gave feedback to the company via their information they have on the receipt and again via their website yet I've never heard anything back. So ultimately I've just written this place off of places I will eat at as they simply have shown a disturbing and constant pattern of not having things squared away. Overall this is just a depressingly sad situation as it wouldn't take much to get this place up to speed.

I just want to start off,buy saying that Panda Express has really great Honey Walnut Shrimp. It’s actually my favorite l. I requested fresh Honey Walnut Shrimp. After leaving, I looked in container I could tell that it was not fresh. Tasted shrimp it was mushy and lukewarm. Returned to tell person that I encountered that took my order that it was mushy and not fresh. She looked directly at me and told me that it was fresh and it’s up to the cook if she wanted to cook more. She insulted my intelligence lying to my face like I don’t know have decernment about things. Specially my food and the quality of it, terrible experience.
