I went for lunch and ordered 1entry and side. The shrimp fried rice tasted as if it was a bowl of cooked and uncooked rice mix. I've been several times before and its never tasted like this. So basically I wasted money and my lunch break. I tried calling twice but noone answered the phone.
It's just not the same.. Took 20 mins....I ordered and payed for a plate (meal) but once I got it, it wasn't what I ordered. The young Lady told me that they were out of this particular item and she didn't know that there were out....(not sure how you don't know when certain foods are out because your suppose to keep up with up with what's available.) She was sweet and replaced it, gave me a large drink, and still forgot to give me my sauce.... Def need...
I used to never really like panda express, but recently, i’ve really enjoyed their food. Personally, i’ve never had a problem with staff. They’ve always been kind and speedy. The drive thru line itself looks long on occasion due to the way the parking lot is built. it’s never taken me more than 5 minutes to get my food. overall i give it a 8/10
