Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place because of their pizza sauce but I was very disappointed that my cheesesticks, which were all I got on this day, had cinnamon all over the bottom of them as if they were made in the same place as the cinnamon sticks. I truly hope they wash their dishes but there was so much cinnamon on the bottom that after tasting it I turned them over and could see all over the bread. Cinnamon is NOT something you want to mix with cheese. Disgusting. Other than that; the lady working the window was very sweet.

We were refused service at 6pm on a Sunday evening (01/12/25). It was 15 of us traveling through and was refused to be seated and served. Female employee at the front cpunter said we would need reservation. We questioned this and she clearly stated and started shaking her head and rolling her eyes that we would not be served or seated and to leave. We didnt make it past the front lobby and counter. I feel that we were treated unfairly due to our race and that alone. There was only one customer dining in at the same time we tried to support this establishment. I sure hate this employee decided to show such hate and unprofessionalism. Her loss....she would have gotten a good tip! I have contacted corporate and will pursue action as needed once a response is received. So shameful.

Slow service on the food being prepared, they have children working the store that can't count money even with a cash register doing the math, they charge me 3.25 for a bottle soda, I gave the young lady 10.25 cash, she gave me 3.75 cent back out of my 10.25 , I checked her quick fast and in a hurry I told her she owed me 7.21 ,so be careful giving them your money they will try and cheat you if you can't count.

Everything about this place is a 0. The customer service is awful. There is no professionalism at all. I order food to someone back home and the driver went to the incorrect address and knocking at someone else’s door then blamed me for not delivering, when he went to the incorrect address. They chose not to redeliver the food. When clearly the driver went to the incorrect address. I was told either come pick it up or there is nothing to be done! Lazy and unprofessional is what they are!

Order displayed as ready at 4:51pm. My husband and I went to other store to finish errands because of this location of being slow to complete orders. Three customers in lobby two cars ahead. Finally, when we made it to the window, we were asked to pull up. It is now 6:03 pm and no food!! $86 not including gas burned to wait for someone to bring it out. Should be closed down!!!
2 things to note here as a doordasher, I'm done, it better be a damn good paying order, or I won't accept them... now that mrs. Janice is no longer here. I am going to say it. These idiots have no idea what they are doing.... I'd rather go to ellisville than here even if I'm low on gas.... y'all are rude and overlook people... also, why would you let your delivery driver do our doordashes that takes away my money... y'all are inconsiderate and rude....

Laurel, MS- ordered placed 30 minutes prior to pick up. My name was displayed on board as completed. Waited 30 more minutes and they haven’t even started on my 5 pizzas. No gloves used by even the manager that was making the pizzas and no gloves and sweating on the guy that was cutting the pizzas. Poor service and will never go there again. No Buffett either and it was 12:00 pm

I had a bad experience. My online order was ready for pickup but the employees refused to give me any attention for a full 14 minutes. I stood at the counter asking for help but they completely ignored me. It was unbelievable. There were other people signing on a clipboard for doordash and delivery drivers and they were served, but as a normal customer they treated me like i was invisible.

Walked in to see if they had the buffet today, one person waiting on a pizza to go, as the waiter if I can have a menu and have a seat, she rolled her eyes at me, so I told her never mind I would go some where else to eat, no one was even eating inside the restaurant and I can see why now, no customer service and I will go back and get the management or owner number! Glad I do not run my business that way

After a botched order from Door Dash, the team here at Laurel Pizza Hut really came together and turned our meal into a masterpiece! These two pizzas were the most delicious pizzas I have had in a long time. Now all you need to do is bring back the taco pizza!! Thanks you guys
