I placed a mobile oder at 3:10 arrived at 3:20 checked in at the drive though window. I was told to pull up and I waited another 20 minutes before I decided to get out of my car and go inside. I finally got my food at 3:43 and It was cold. I also had to remind the young lady to give me my drink.

Everyone seemed to enjoy being there, despite having to work on the 4th of July. My server, LESHAUNDRICIA, was extremely professional and friendly. A++

Not bad as chicken joints go....but they overcook shit a lot in this location. Havent got a pie yet that wasnt overcooked so all the filling has popped out you can look at the pie and see where all the filling came out of it way overcooked. Chicken is ok most of the time but the other time it's almost burnt meat dried out etc. It may just be the crews one crew cares another one doesnt so I guess it depends on what time of day you go in and what crew is on shift at that time. But the pies always have the filling cooked out.
One time went in and they had a shitty attitude I was nice respectful the whole time ...heres a tip nobody put you in that type of job but you by the choices you made in your life. Nobody did anything to you except yourself, dont like working too bad, dont like taking orders from people too bad, dont like working at popeyes ...tough titty said the kitty when the milk ran dry.
Your poor life choices put you where you are at you only you and nobody else. That attitude is why you're working where you're working.
Dont take it out on the customers just fry up that chicken right cook the food right take the orders right say thank you mamm or sir have a good day.
****Also they lied and said they no longer serve the shrimp tackle box at any popeyes so we went in to the popeyes down the road and guess what no problem, ordered the shrimp tackle box served it right up I asked them they said they didnt know the what I was talking about they serve the shrimp tackle box so does all popeyes........so your girl at all his location is a lying lowlife. Just lied like nothing to it, man you have some problems at this location people lying because they are lazy or whatever thier reason for lying. That's something else. I mean that's a trip. Just lie about food that you're there to serve. That's crazy man.

I was very excited to try the new strawberry cream cheese pie, until I opened it. The black stuff rubbed off on my finger like mascara, and it looks like a bite was chewed off as well. Extremely disappointed Popeyes.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!NOT A PLACE, I EVER PLAN TO RETURN!!
When I arrived to this establishment I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take my order. When I got the food the chicken was undercooked and the macaroni was burned. I paid about 50 dollars just for the food to be undercooked,burned,and old.

So I ordered spicy chicken tenders and got regular tenders which I assume they didn't have any spicy tenders ready and they just didn't bother to tell me or maybe they don't even serve those at this location... I ordered Mardi Gras Mustard Sauce and they neglected to include that so I had to go stand in line again to retrieve my sauces. They have lemons or lemon juice packets for the unsweet tea drinkers which is always a ridiculous oversight. Overall it seems that it is true that the Popeyes locations in New Orleans are better than the other ones.

Employees are rude and disrespectful, they never get your order correct, they talk over you and have attitudes the entire time you are there. They also run customers away by continuously making them repeat their order. The employees are doing this because management there allows it and will not train and discipline their VERY low quality employees they hire

It was very slow and took an hour to get my food. Three workers sitting outside talking while the drive thru backed up. But the lady at the drive thru was very helpful. It wasn't her fault because she did all she could do. It's a bunch of lazy workers there. They need to do better!!
This is the most GETTO place you could ever possibly go to! While working I went here to pick up food, two different orders and was handed only one. So as I was waiting on my second order one of the employees pointed at me and asked other people standing in line “what the hell is she waiting on?” I nicely said, “I had two orders with the same name.” She quickly makes that and forgets the drink so I waited, again just to be told “what is it now ma’am?” She then immediately apologized after realizing no matter how rude she was being I was going to be nice regardless. This wasn’t even a first time thing with her, but THREE TIMES this week with the same employee! Two others ordering kept asking about why it was taking over twenty minutes just for someone to take their order, and maybe that’s why she was aggravated. Whatever the case was I’ll never go to this GETTO PLACE, AGAIN!
