I did enjoy my food as always and I’m used to the employees being so nice and down to earth and smiling but today My coworker and I came in at 12:00 during our break and were not greeted at all, even though we saw other customers being greeted. Instead, we were met with a very unpleasant attitude. I didn’t see a name tag, but the employee was wearing a pink hat!! I don’t want her to get in trouble, but she does need to work on her attitude when interacting with customers...
Jackson at Raising Canes Laurel has exceptional customer service and is so kind! Wonderful experience, great staff... I really appreciate his help in going out of his way to locate a lost item and return it to us. Jackson deserves a raise!
This was my 2nd experience with this company and I'm all in. The taste is consistent and the lemonade is a perperfect combination with the 4pcs with Texas toast but the sauce is what you're looking for.
