This used to be the go to spot.recently quality change has made delivery unedible. You cannot complain more than once in doordash app so I have entirely stopped ordering with risk of mess ups.
Salads are prepped and left to brown or wilt in cups, rice cold and or hard, ignores requests of removing items, soups leak in the styrofoam bowls.
Parking: Parking is impossible on Friday and Saturday nights to parking lot is so cool if you cannot get to the front door or the handicap accessible entry
Wheelchair accessibility: It is handicap accessible but has two doors it is hard to maneuver a wheelchair between the two doors without assistance. The handicap ramp in front of the door is always blocked by cars

When I first went the place and service was awesome first drink be hitting the second one is terrible and the owner is nasty and, should just stay her unprofessional as at home she is something serious.

Parking: No number parking lots just go find you a nice spot to park in and lock up to go in to enjoy a good meal!
Kid-friendliness: Can sit and talk watch tv

I have given this place the last chance. I have never had anything more than a mediocre experience here. Today I went to lunch with 2 others and when we arrived we seated ourselves as usual. We waited over ten minutes and had to ask for menus. There were several servers who walked past us numerous times but never once acknowledged us. We were not brought water or anything. Considering our lunch hour was ticking away we left. As we were leaving one of the servers was laughing at us. I called the manager and complained-mainly due to being laughed at. I am done with Sake Cafe. This place is dirty: the curtains you have to walk through behind the front door are filthy, the ceiling tiles are dark and stained, the place is overall dingy and dirty. The staff are indifferent and management/ownership seems to be MIA every attempt to eat there. I have tried this place for the last time.

Ordered a beer never got. Had to ask for refill on water. Waitress played around with other Employees instead of taking care of our tables. Need to clean the inside and Roaches was crawling up the wall while we were eating. Then had to ask for ticket to pay out.

I drove over 30 minutes to this place to pick up an order got home and was missing an item. I called back and I believe the owner told me I should have checked it. When I go to pick up the missing order , she gives me attitude (Asian lady). She repeated check your order next time. Do I have to pay and do y’all job? The employees are responsible for reading the order. Do not recommend due to the rudeness.

It’s a shame I paid 25 dollars for this bag and when my daughter got home I had no season at all!!!!! I had to add seasoning as shown in the picture. When I called owner she was very rude and unprofessional.

Sent appetizer back twice and still he brought it back cold every time. Never got offered refills so ate food w no drink. Never could find the waiter bc he stayed in the back. For a hibachi to cost $16 was an absolute joke w how little food was on the plate. Waiter only showed up when time for check. Couldn’t tell you who a manger was. Table behind us also were upset w their order. Won’t be back.

We ordered 2 dinners and an appetizer to go and only received 2 entrees , appetizer and plain rice. No soup, no salad with either.

I will never order here again I ordered 1 l/b of shrimp and half a pound of crawfish they got my order wrong and gave me two half pound of shrimps and when I tried to pay for what I ordered they wanted me to add an extra half pound of shrimp and pay extra money never we’ll get my money again when I asked for a manager the manager was send other employees to do their job
