How on earth is Sonic in Laurel still in business? I swing by way too often for a drink, fully aware there’s a solid 70% chance it’ll either be wrong or taste like disappointment. Today, while waiting for my drinks, two teenage girls hop out of a vehicle and open the sonic door, eventually they wave over the driver. Suddenly, a lady storms out, shouting that she’s the mother f’n manager, and the driver—a young guy—retorts back like they’re in some kind of reality show. I have no idea what sparked this epic showdown, but if that’s how the manager treats customers in front of a parking lot full of witnesses and other customers, she might want to reconsider her career choices! Oh, and after a 20-minute wait—probably thanks to their little drama—I finally got my drink, which turned out to be watered down and nothing like what I ordered. Classic Sonic!

First off, whoever was on the headset was rude while we were having our order taken.
Secondly, our food is disgustingly salty and my patty is off the bun. I hate leaving poor reviews but this is a consistent problem with Sonic in Laurel.
Lastly we asked for sauce and didn’t get any in our bag, we asked for more and they came out with ONE for a large mozzarella stick. When we told her thank you she didn’t even look at us she just tossed it and walked off without saying anything.

Rude rude rude! Try ordering & they are rude & then cut u off before u can even ask for any condiments or anything. And don't bother trying to eat here on the weekends. The staff & all too busy socializing with the teens who are hanging out & not ordering food or eating.

Spent $70 with DoorDash for Sonic’s last night it was all wrong I called them to get the order straight they laughed & hung the phone up!!!! The customer service is Very disappointing Do not eat Sonic’s in Laurel

This is what I got when I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. They gave me someone's chicken sandwich at first. Went back to get my correct order and this what I received.

I recently visited and ordered a breakfast burrito, tots, and a drink. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After waiting 35-40 minutes for my order, the tots arrived ice cold, and some were undercooked. The tater tots in my burrito were also undercooked. Additionally, the credit card reader at the drive-thru was malfunctioning, requiring the staff to take my card inside, which added to the wait time.
I even had to knock on the door after waiting so long, concerned that they had forgotten to return my credit card to me.
Despite these issues, I want to commend the young lady who assisted me. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, and it was clear she was doing her best in a challenging situation. I’m giving this review three stars instead of one, primarily because of her. If I decide to come back in the future I hope some improvements are made because the experience was very poor.

Won’t be coming back . the guy that took my order apologized for clicking off while I was giving my order. I didn’t know what was going on or who was behind the speaker . However the carhop who brung me my food ask me what was wrong after I asked if he was the one who took my order . I told him “I was asking cus I was kinda getting pissed, just cus I didn’t know what was going on” he proceeds to say “well I was getting pissed cause you were yelling “. First off I didn’t yell not once time , was I upset yes. Was I informed of what the issue was no . The customer service sucks , definitely don’t waste ya time ?.
