I went for a drive thru for my regular cup of coffee and they always have an availability for it (don’t want to jinx it) lol staff is friendly, energetic, warm. My coffee is always made the same, nothing more, nothing less and it always makes my day! Using stars is easy to redeem at this place. I wished they have more ways or boosts for earning stars.
Parking: It’s difficult to get in and out of the parking cos the drive thru line blocks the spots. Very tight spaces. Wish they had their store at a bigger location.
Kid-friendliness: Kids has no fun activities inside or out. It’s not kid friendly.

My opinion only! I’m not happy at all with my order, the Turkey bacon, cheese, white egg sandwich I received was cold and the bacon was NOT done. No cheese and it looked like they tore it apart and slapped it back together! I won’t be back and I go quite often! I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had that option.
Parking: Parking lot was not designed very well in my opinion. Coming off 16th Ave it’s very difficult to get in and people that are parked can’t get out.

This Starbucks location is definitely my favorite by far. I have never once had a complaint about the food, drinks, or my service, unlike a lot of other Starbucks I’ve been to. Most of the time when I go, Joaquin is working and they’re always multitasking so well especially when it’s busy! Joaquin is very friendly and welcoming and I love coming in when they are working because I know I’m getting the quickest in and out with them.
I usually have great experiences and the employees are SO nice (I have a few favorites by now!) But there is this one lady who works at the window, who has an awful attitude. I thought she may have been having a bad day the first time she waited on me at the window (she was trash talking and making fun of someone). I went this morning and she was there. The only cash I had was $100 (from the ATM), and she said she didn't have change. I told her okay, just cancel it because that's the only cash i had. no biggie. So I went an got change, and came back, placed my order, pulled around. I handed her my money and I overheard her telling another worker "if my memory serves me correctly, and it does, it's totally her. She came back." Thought it was weird comment to make but okay. So she hands me my drink, says "have a good day" with the most fake painted on smile and sour attitude. I was putting my drink in the cupholder and said "you, too". Just plain. And as I was pulling away, she said "Please, PLEASE, get an attitude with me!" No attitude at all from me. but this is the second sour, negative encounter ive had with this cashier. She does not have the same care for customers the other staff have always displayed. Her attitude needs to be checked. This was my treat for dealing with such a rough week so far but she put such a damper on it.
