I've eaten Subway sandwiches all over the country. I was a truck driver for a few years and have lived on both coasts. I placed an order over the app. These were the smallest & driest sandwiches I've ever seen. The ladies usually make a decent sandwich, but the young male who was working there today was stingy with the toppings like it was coming out of his own pocket or something. Extremely disappointing.

The lady that works at this location is so rude….. been in twice and she is rude to customers and told some older ppl that they don’t take coupons then said they do…….then after the lady bought her husband sandwich she made the old lady go to the back of the line to get her sandwich. They need someone else because she needs to go.

The lady at the counter was very rude and wouldn’t make my online order and claimed that I had went to the wrong store even though I showed her my confirmation email. She refused to do anything even though I had all the information. Even if she couldn’t do anything, she didn’t have to be so rude about it. She stood there and when it came through she was very sarcastic about making it and was super unhelpful. She was barely even listing to me. I had to tell her my name 3 times. I didn’t get her name because she didn’t wear a name tag. That being said, all the other employees that have come across were super nice, which is why I give it two stars.

So, I went to Subway the other day. You know, the sandwich place. I was hungry, and I figured, why not? I’m the Trash Man, I eat garbage, but even I have standards.

First off, the place was clean. Too clean. Made me suspicious. But whatever, I’m here for a sandwich, not a health inspection. I ordered a footlong meatball sub. Classic, right? Well, it was... fine. The bread was a little too soft, like it had been sitting out for a while. The meatballs were decent, but they could’ve used more sauce. I like my sandwiches messy, like my life.

The veggies were fresh, I’ll give ‘em that. But the guy behind the counter looked at me funny when I asked for extra pickles. What’s the big deal? I like pickles! Anyway, the sandwich filled me up, but it didn’t blow my mind. It’s Subway, not a five-star restaurant.

Would I go back? Maybe. If I’m in the area and I need a quick bite. But I’m not going out of my way for it. Three stars. It’s alright, but it ain’t no Paddy’s Pub.

My family and I stopped on this subway after 5 hours of driving. We were attending by James, and we were joking with our youngest son when he asked at loud what he wanted, and our son did a funny face. This James went out to us very rudely, saying that Subway has a police to refuse order to give us our order. We were shocked and lost, so I asked why. He replied to make fun of the employees. I was so furious because this guy was totally out of place. I replied back and told what made him think that we were laughing at him. We were laughing at our son's face, and if he thought that we were laughing at him, it was on him, not us. Totally rude the service. I would never stop in this Subway again.

I ordered online. Got a footlong bmt. I asked for light lettuce on it and red wine vinegar. Got it delivered. When I got it it was was warm. I did not ask for it to be heated and it came with spinach instead of lettuce. Very disappointed

I’m paralyzed, can’t get out of my car to supervise how my sandwich is made, so I tried ordering online. Online they offer a way to put special instructions with the order. The special instructions for my order were not followed even though Subway advertises that they will make the sandwich the way the customer wants it made.See the following picture. When I ask for mayonnaise and mustard to be on both sides of the bread FIRST before any other ingredients, the sauce is not on the bread. It can’t moisten the bread if it’s not on the bread. Instead the sauce is up on top of the vegetables so that it comes squeezing out of the sandwich as it is being eaten, instead of soaking into the bread.They didn’t even bother to put extra tomatoes on, even though I asked for “Extra, Extra” tomatoes.This is how they screw over paralyzed people.
