I’m paralyzed, can’t get out of my car to supervise how my sandwich is made, so I tried ordering online. Online they offer a way to put special instructions with the order. The special instructions for my order were not followed even though Subway advertises that they will make the sandwich the way the customer wants it made.See the following picture. When I ask for mayonnaise and mustard to be on both sides of the bread FIRST before any other ingredients, the sauce is not on the bread. It can’t moisten the bread if it’s not on the bread. Instead the sauce is up on top of the vegetables so that it comes squeezing out of the sandwich as it is being eaten, instead of soaking into the bread.They didn’t even bother to put extra tomatoes on, even though I asked for “Extra, Extra” tomatoes.This is how they screw over paralyzed people.

did an online order. when we got there they had given our order to someone else, and tried to give us someone elses. we had to wait for them to remake ours right. did not say they were sorry. did not offer to give a free cookie or anything. while we were waiting a dude came in and walked straight to the front of the line and got a drink without paying for it.

i have never left a review but this was completely unprofessional and my worst experience with an establishment ever. a lady comes from the back to make my order , which was very sloppy, and immediately starts complaining about how she hates her job , basically saying she doesn’t care for the customers because she’s selfish, well another customer walks in subway and the worker immediately sighs loudly saying how she wishes people would stop coming in, all while still complaining how she hates working there. the other worker then starts talking on the phone with someone ,while making a sand which, and the lady who made my sandwiches was about to check me out,” when she runs over to the phone and once again screams she hates working there. she then comes back to tell me my total and ends up putting in the wrong amount i gave her and did not know how to count the change back to me. the lack of respect for the customers was ridiculous, i have never had an experience like this and most likely will not be back.

Ordered oven roasted turkey MELT, with sweet onion teriyaki sauce, cut into 4 pieces. I ordered through the app. I got a cold dry sandwich. Not cut. Everything printed on ticket but nothing done as ordered which means the employee didn't read the order completely. Very poor service.

Absolutely disgusting! One hour from closing, and the food looked of mold with no veggies. Customer service was terrible. We seemed of a nuisance to her since we are white. She had no personality, not friendly at all, and neglected us from getting what we wanted on our sandwiches. We asked for more onions, peppers and weren't given any. The tomatoes looked molded. We will not be back to any subway if this is the way they treat customers. My money can be spent at other sandwich shops. As I do reviews daily for restaurants, I will pass the way I was treated to everyone..

A one star is too high. As team drivers (tractor trailer) we have stopped here after 18 hours of driving the last 2 weeks. Two weeks ago the guy didn’t know what went on the sandwich as it was listed just behind him on the MENU. Both times, as I’m sure it will get twisted around as it always does. Due to us being white, I felt very uncomfortable, customer service was terrible, never a smile, but more as a nuisance due to my skin color. We walked at 8:32 pm on December 1st 2022, and was neglected our veggies because none were out, and the meats looked disgusting. I asked for all the shakes on 11-24-22 guy had no idea of what all the shakes were, even what capocollo was for the number 2 meat supreme. Both visits were almost 2 hours before closing. On 12-1-22 at 8:30 pm again neglected of veggies I wanted on sandwich because they only had olives out.I also leave reviews, and if this is the type of employees that Subway hires, I will not visit at any other locations. I will be sure to pass along.
