I ordered a sandwich online and paid for it. I went into the store to pick it up and they had closed for the evening. This location is inside a Walmart and the greeter noted the lady closes if she doesn't have any customers. It was 5:54 p.m. on a Thursday and they're supposed to be open until 9:00. I assumed they would not charge my card since they did not provide the sandwich but they did charge me and I'm having to dispute it. I would definitely think twice about ordering anything from this store because you can't be sure it'll be open when you get there...

Walter helped make my sandwich today I ordered a meal and a footlong the most the meal cost was $6.99 and the most the ft long cost was up to $14 - even if that was the case, my total bill should have been $20.03 but Walter charged me an additional $6.99. In fact, Walter made me wait even though my order was complete to make the sandwich of the woman behind me. Then he added an extra meal 6-in meal on my tab. So essentially charging me for an extra lunch. My order consisted of one 6 inch meal deal and one foot long. The meal deal was for me. The footlong was for my husband. That is not good. I contacted the Subway tonight when my husband looked at the receipt and realized what you did. I expect to be fully reimbursed for the extra charges. *Please note that I had to give at least one star in order to complete my rating. It was not deserved! Please return my call!

I tried to order a footlong sandwich from this subway store because I was under the assumption that Subway was willing to make sandwiches the way people wanted their sandwich made.

When I tried to tell the person making sandwiches how I wanted my sandwich made, she refused to serve me.

I don’t know why the prejudice person is allowed to have a job of making sandwiches for people if she is unwilling to make sandwiches for people.

This is the first time I have ever been refused service in a sandwich shop in the past 40 years.

The person in the photo is the one that refused to make a sandwich for me.

They were out of EVERYTHING. Meatballs, chicken, pretzels, half of the vegetables, a few sauces, almost of their bottled drinks and they only had two cookies! What are we doing Subway?

The food and atmosphere here are great, and it’s suuuper clean, although i’ve never tried their bathroom. It’s common for me to eat here during my lunch break with some coworkers (I work at a bank nearby) or after doing a little grocery shopping in the mornings. Usually there aren’t any problems, and the staff, especially one little girl with glasses, are very fast and very friendly. But when i get here and I’m met by one particular woman, it ruins my whole lunch break. She always has her name badge tucked behind her apron, but the little letters “MGR” on an orange badge were poking out today. I am ASTONISHED that this woman even has a position here, much less a leadership position with the way she acts and speaks to people. She worked this morning (9/13/23) when I went in, and I sat at a table and, after being spoken to like I was stupid and didn’t belong here, got to watch her interact with other customers, and my god it’s a wonder this place makes any sales when she’s here. I saw her treat an older woman like trash and literally yell at a sweet, timid-looking walmart worker, all because the girl asked a very valid question about whether or not she could use her employee discount there. I was gossiping to my coworkers about her, and we all came to the conclusion that we won’t be stopping by here anymore because the possibility of running into this manager and having these embarrassing, frustrating, and anxiety-inducing interactions isn’t something we want to deal with when we’re hashing out $10 for a sandwich. We’re gonna try firehouse subs across the street tomorrow. hopefully it’ll have nicer management :(

Had to order lunch for my work crew of 6 and it came quickly and was very hot and delicious and the staff was very nice and polite. The manager, I think her name was Amanda, was nice and helped out whenever we had questions about what all comes on them and the pricing. The lobby was clean and smelled good and everything seemed very good and in order. Alot better of an experience than the Subway by Piggly Wiggly. Honestly, I will never go back to any other subway around here after going there. Very good job to the management and crew. Keep up the hot sandwiches and good work.

Management was very rude when I asked for help and what I witnessed the new assistant manager doing was beyond gross i mean if you are going to clean the inside of your noise dont do it in front of someone for the love of god and he never washed his hands after it and I have witnessed management not doing anything but talk on their phone when employees are in need of help yea eww but I will be letting osha know of how unsanitary they truly are and how they treat employees

Went for lunch, needless to say the staff seemed very confused and unorganized. My order for a Meatball Marina could not be completed because there were insufficient meat balls available to make the sandwich so I was asked if I just wanted bread and cheese or what I would like on my sandwich. I told them my order After I had already been rung up by one employee then was told I am being charged again, and then oh no we have to void it and re ring it, and then finally one employee told the other I had already paid for my food. It took around 20 minutes to receive my sandwich.

It was okay, not something special.

I love Subway food. The majority of the time, when I "must" go to Walmart, I usually stop in Subway for a Subway Melt. The cashiers are usually friendly, and usually provide fast service unless they're backed up/busy. I also like how late they stay open.
