I just spent $31 and was given the wrong order multiple times even though I showed the receipt and the staff accused me of lying and trying to get free food and the food that was given was old and wasn’t even the right thing so I just threw it away. They just lost a loyal customer with a big following and I will definitely speak on my experience

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. This place is awful. The staff is rude and never listen to anything you say. The order is never right and heaven forbid you tell them they forgot something. The place is a huge mess with smells that I can't even explain. Constantly out of ingredients but don't tell you that until after you've paid.

First I was missing my 12 pack of Cinnabon and now 5 of my 10 pc of chl nuggets. An I just pulled off because I’m tried of it all.
They didn't have some things that were on the menu anymore apparently, even though it said it was new. I got the $7 lux box (didn't come in the box), my taco was at the bottom of everything in the bag (smashed and broke into several pieces), the Mexican pizza was turned sideways in the bag to fit I guess (all of the toppings were in the bag with everything else). Horrible!!

Never made it to get food. The restaurant dining room was dark and dirty. The ice for customers was sitting in a dish tub on the soda machine. Coming and then leaving we had to step over an employee that was sitting outside. Gross.

Their hospitality is horrible, they rush you at the speaker, which you can barely see. You only get 1 napkin for a whole bag of food. The inside is slow with your order.
