Never made it to get food. The restaurant dining room was dark and dirty. The ice for customers was sitting in a dish tub on the soda machine. Coming and then leaving we had to step over an employee that was sitting outside. Gross.
Their hospitality is horrible, they rush you at the speaker, which you can barely see. You only get 1 napkin for a whole bag of food. The inside is slow with your order.

Food that i did receive was cold. Other food that i ordered but never received… idk how else to rate it as i never received it or tasted it… 0/10. This isnt the first time my food has been forgotten or order has been messed up. Do better laurel.

worst one I've ever been to they handed me someone else food I payed 40 and they handed me a bag worth 10 and then we waited 30 mins for ours then we get it and half of it's missing then they wanted us to come inside like bro it's on your screen in front of you.

Walked into lobby ordered dinner for my family at 8:07, at 8:39 I ask how much longer my order was going to take. The cashier that took my order said what is your name. I told her & they had lost my ticket. There was only one couple sitting in dining room waiting on their order when I arrived. Manager came over to refund my card after I asked for a refund. The only sorry I received was from an employee yelling from the kitchen when I called my husband to look at our checking account to make sure my refund showed and I told him that I had never received any type of apology. I will never be back to this Taco Bell again.

We had lunch there yesterday 11/14/24. My boyfriend and nephew got the same exact meal but one had sour cream and one did not. My boyfriend had the meal with sour cream and after we got home he was horribly sick and we took him to the ER. They said it was food poisoning! I tried calling Taco Bell multiple times but I’m guessing they don’t have a phone because they never answered. So I went up there to inform them that I think their sour cream may be bad but they said it was still in date. The hospital said if that was actually the case then it was possibly them preparing the food on either unclean surfaces or with unclean utensils or employees not washing their hands and contaminating the food and surfaces. When I went to talk to the manager she just seemed to not even take the matter seriously. I hope she took it more serious than I saw, I pray no one else gets sick.

My son really wanted Taco Bell so I stopped. Never again. This is the 2nd time no sauce or napkins made it in the bag. I was even asked what sauce I wanted. I didn’t get the 2 soft taco supremes I ordered. I don’t know if they were left off the order or out of the bag. My son got 3 cheese rolls up. They were smashed flat. 2 of them barely had any cheese at all. So he only had one. His cinnamon twists were stale. My cheesy Gordita crunch was dry and the shell was broken. None of it even tasted good. I live too far to drive back and I refuse to waste my gas to drive back for the garbage. Pure waste of money.

Spent lunchtime in the doctor's office. Dropped by for a late snack. They were a little busy but not rushed. Ordered the 5 layer beef burrito and my wife got the grilled steak burrito with a medium drink. I simply refuse to order drinks at restaurants anymore. I think $2.89 and up is just ridiculous for beverage. Some places even charge for refills and water. That's why your ticket ends up being $20 or more. Burrito was put together sloppy and messy, so it was difficult to eat without the contents squeezing out all over the place. Good thing I got a lot of napkins from the counter, because they didn't put any in the bag.
