I live in Florida and I order this I'm obsessed. I visit Laurel once in a while for family. I will never eat another beef jerky again. I love y'all with a passion. I would die for jerky. There is fat on the beef jerky which makes absolutely perfect. it is a little hard but that's what real jerky is. fake jerky is soft and taste processed. thank you guys for making me happy. I will order the bacon jerky next. again I live in Florida I'm originally from Mississippi but I order jerk from there to Florida because it's just that good. love you guys so much

We are traveling the US and always search out local butcher shops. This was one of the best we’ve found! The service was exceptional; meat was lovely and prices reasonable. I wish there were spots like this all over the country! Will definitely visit next time we’re in Laurel

Has the potential to be excellent . Friendly counter guy and the meat to purchase looked amazing. We chose the brisket burger which was out to us faster than we could sit down. The shame is that it was most likely a great burger but it was cold. So cold it did not even melt the cheese. I would have love a hot off the smoker burger but this one was just a sad potential. Laurel is not commercial at all - leaves me wanting to help the businesses in town make it where they appear to be struggling. Love the small town vibe - hoping we make it back again to see if maybe warmer weather brings new things .

Fun experience seeing all their offerings including meats, cheese, cuts, fudge, and even a snackle box or jerky bouquet * The box included a great variety of nuts, cheese, crackers, meat, and fudge...all gone before we made it all the way back to Florida!

We had smoked brisket and ribeye burgers bags for lunch. The food was good realizing lean meat when smoked is inherently dry. Great folks and homemade fudge for desert. Even our dog had a smoked bone.

Really nice people, but ... Bro, I could NOT eat the beef jerky. It was too hard, and what's up with that line of fat running through it? I had to cut it out. Fat in a steak, I get it, because it renders out like butter when cooked making for a delicious steak. But in beef jerky? What the? My teeth are still throbbing. My dog thinks it's a hoot, keeps him busy for hours. Forget the rawhide chew.
