Perfect place for that down home Southern cooking! EVERYTHING was wouth wateringly, tasty! Not a single complaint about anything! Service was wonderful too, our 8 year old was able to take her time and order without feeling rushed, which was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be back when I crave fried chicken and mac n cheese!

Not as good as i hoped My chicken breast was rubbery Jalapeno corn bread no flavor my friend the chicken liver was good black eye peas could have been a bit softer But we tried it

I wanted fried green tomatoes and was disappointed they didn’t have them on the day we went but uderstood the menu changes daily. Loved the atmosphere ! I ordered a veggie plate with cornbread. The Mac n cheese was really good, the baked beans were different than what I’m used to in Texas but also very good and had a kick to them but the black eyed peas had zero seasoning and were watery. I’d still go back . One downfall, Pearl’s sister came out and yelled loudly at the whole place not to sit down before you ordered. .

We went there because other people recommend this place. It was very good restaurant. You can get the all you can eat buffet, or order from a menu. Buffet was hot and tasty when we were there.
