Normally we will stop by here for an ice cream cone on our way home. I've been to the Wards in Richton many times over the years and they have great food. Thought maybe we could save a little money and try this one for lunch while we were in town. Ordered two quarter pounder combos basically with no pickles. There was hardly any mayo or tomato on the burger. The meat was small for a quarter pounder, barely fit half the bun, and was old, cold, and dry; like it was cooked a few hours earlier. Some of the fries were a little extra crispy and hard, we didn't eat them. Not sure it was a value meal, cost $18, and half of went in the garbage. Better stick with the ice cream cones.

I have been to this location multiple times and I have always enjoyed it. This time I tried breakfast instead of lunch and I would definitely go back just for breakfast.

Went thru the drive through for a biscuit. Wrds is dependable with their food and service. Their chili cheese burger are a greasy cheesy favorite!

Ward's double bigg 'en can't be beat. I get mine, no cheese add pickle. Ward's fries are also my favorite. Good size, good crisp. Prices are getting out of hand though.

The staff needs improvement. I had to repeat my order twice at the window, and wasn't given a receipt. Fast food service isn't a difficult job to do. There's no acceptable reason as to why an order has to be twice repeated after the order has been keyed in, especially during non peak times. Although sometimes stressful, fast food was literally one of the easiest jobs that I've ever done. It doesn't even require a high school diploma, but only some common sense. Complacency seems to be a common problem in the fast food industry.

Absolutely horrible. Drive thru person needs to be fired immediately. I began saying my order and she said “I told you to wait a minute.” Like excuse you!! I will never go to this Ward’s again. TERRIBLE! Manager needs to fire her immediately!!! 7/30/24 4:01pm I drove off!
