Ordered a Big One combo with root beer float. All tasted great. The problem was the hamburger patty was tiny, half the size of the bun, possibly for a Little One. A ripoff. A little one combo would have been cheaper for the same meat. Also, something was borderline over salted. Possibly the chili. I couldn't decide. The float was good. The workers were very friendly. Food a little disappointing.

The Wards on hwy 16 sucks if you want food go to the one on Hwy 84 and Chantilly which is not that far away, two days after July 4, I open my plate this morning, the section for the grits was not full it was like 4 tspns the sausage was a half piece and the egg was half a egg, when we pulled up the cashier had a nasty very nasty attitude and kept calling us out of our name and laughing, one looked Whoopi Goldberg and the other one looked like shrek they are probably taking the food home and didn’t want us to eat is what it looked like and she kept yelling this is about 7: something am… I told my significant other pull off because I knew it was going to be trouble and I spent my money and it was not worth it go the Wards hwy 84 and Chantilly it’s a whole other world.

Laurel Mississippi wards service is better than most other fast food restaurants it doesn't compare to Chick-fil-A butt better than the rest out of all the times of going towards I've only had one issue with one new employee and that's it the food's great and usually the employees are too

So I haven't had a ward's chili cheeseburger improbably in 30 years. So I thought I'd stopped in and grab one because we were passing through. Sometimes Perhaps we remember food or things from the past. Being better than they actually were but not in this case. That ward's chili cheeseburger that I just ate was better than I remember! Oh, by the way, fantastic service and very nice and must stop by if you're passing through.FANTASTIC GUYS !

Waited ten minutes in the drive thru line with only one car in front of me. All I got was one rootbeer and hotdog. Terrible customer service this isnt fast food
