Two cars ahead of me and it took 30 minutes to get a cold jr. bacon cheeseburger that must have been sitting out for hours. Hopefully it was made today. And a small frosty. Oh, and I had ordered a double stack with mayo added, not the jr. bacon. I knew it would be extremely slow as it always is. but I think this was the last time for me.

They are always understaffed at night. I waited over an hour for my food in the drive thru and the food wasn't even made how I asked for it. Would it kill you to hire one more employee at least part time so the drive thru line isn't out to the street?

Single baconater, hamburger with mustard, ketchup mayo and order of fries. Burgers looked like they were sat and were not very good. $ 16.43 for a bag of horrible food. So sad.

Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. When I finally got the food the sandwich looked like it had been dropped, picked up and thrown and then dropped again. The breakfast fries were just dumped in the bag and the empty container thrown in. And the employees were ridiculously rude and must really hate their jobs. Won't be back!!!

On 12/30/24 went through drive thru waited over ten mins only to get to work food is cold. The nuggets were super hard & not edible..fries cold and hard. I called made a complaint and was offered another meal by the manager. I go by today 12/31/24 drive thru again long wait about 20 mins ..explained why I was there..the manager came to the window and confirmed my order and said she got me… pulled up to the pick up window waited another 10 plus mins the young lady passed me a wrong order ..I told her what was going on.. she was clearly irritated and not friendly at all..the manager comes back 5 mins later ask me to pull around she’s dropping fresh nuggets..I pull around 20 mins later still no food ever came out..watching cars come and go still no food so I finally left pissed ..it didn’t take that long for “fresh nuggets” I won’t be back again the customer service sucks badly..poor EVERYTHING ..DO BETTER WENDYS!! Handle these issues corporate!!

Usually okay but I just went. Had hair in my burgers and fries. Call and tell them to get hung up on. Then call back and am informed nobody has hair that could of got in my food. Sadly I was JUST THERE and there wasn't one person bald. This crap is getting sad. How you figure nobody got any hair but everyone does and can't take accountability for your actions??! I want corporate and a refund man. Almost $30 down the drain

CORPORATE! Take note of how to run a franchise into the ground. Your first clue should have been at the interview when you asked the prospective employee, "How are you doing today?" And the response was, "ubba yo gettin kwof." If you can't understand what they say when you hired them, how in the hell am I supposed to understand them when I order??? The food is the worst I have ever tasted from a Wendy's, ANYWHERE! Burger patties that are so overcooked they're dry as the sole of my shoe. Non-existing vegetables on the burgers makes them taste worse! With this type training (lack there of), apathy, and sheer disgust to be an employee, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Chaulk it up to another restaurant burned by the errors of the owner. I won't be back and I warn you to follow suit.

Food here is never that bad but they are sadly quite slow on ordering inside. Their fries are always fresh on the other hand as well as their chicken sandwiches here have always been my favorite since they don't smother it in mayonnaise and they're always freshly cooked.
