Most of the time they are decent.

Last visit:
20 minute wait in the drive thru at 6:30 in the morning. I guess fryers didn't get turned on early enough so it took that long to make potatoes. By the time I got it all, sandwich was cold, fries were hot, no one apologized. Just 'here'..take it or leave it.

Sorry Wendy, I won't be back, it's just too risky. I can't be late to work because of you.

They are slow and don't care . It took 15 minutes to get 2 meals. Which is ridiculous. When the patties was old.

Food fresh and out .. and it's very clean inside store .. they also have wifi to connect to and do school work or just surf the Internet while enjoying a hot meal or lemonade or maybe a fresh shake .. also have fresh salads.. .. fries are fresh and nuggets are hot and fresh also have spicy nuggets .. I like the southern style chicken sandwich and the spicy sandwich also.. lunch starts at 10:30am

Two cars ahead of me and it took 30 minutes to get a cold jr. bacon cheeseburger that must have been sitting out for hours. Hopefully it was made today. And a small frosty. Oh, and I had ordered a double stack with mayo added, not the jr. bacon. I knew it would be extremely slow as it always is. but I think this was the last time for me.

They are always understaffed at night. I waited over an hour for my food in the drive thru and the food wasn't even made how I asked for it. Would it kill you to hire one more employee at least part time so the drive thru line isn't out to the street?

Single baconater, hamburger with mustard, ketchup mayo and order of fries. Burgers looked like they were sat and were not very good. $ 16.43 for a bag of horrible food. So sad.

Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. When I finally got the food the sandwich looked like it had been dropped, picked up and thrown and then dropped again. The breakfast fries were just dumped in the bag and the empty container thrown in. And the employees were ridiculously rude and must really hate their jobs. Won't be back!!!
