We had a late lunch the other week- a little past 1 on January 27th- and the service we experienced was immaculate. The woman taking our order, Erica, was very attentive in the ordering process and made sure we had everything we wanted. The man who we paid out with, Kendarrious, was very prompt and polite with his service. The woman who, I unfortunately did not catch the name of, gave us our food was also very fluent in her position and thoughtful when we were wrapping up the exchange. In addition to the impecabIe service, the food was fresh, crisp, and everything we could've asked for. I just want to make a review to try and capture what great work these people are doing because it really makes a difference. Kudos on the training, the teamwork, and treating your fellow man with kindness!Vegetarian options: When you order their salads or sandwiches, make sure to tell them what you'd like to leave off and they will oblige! Bacon bits, chicken, etc.

Awful. Waited 40 minutes only to pull up to order my food w a sign that says no cards. Why not have a sign when you pull up so we all are not sitting wasting gas and time when majority of the public use cards. Then I have to wait another 15 min to wait on the person in front of me wait on their order w no way to leave. Customer service when I got to window and said I didn’t know you weren’t taking cards and before I can finish my sentence closes the window in my face. Not a I’m sorry not nothing but being left w her making it like I inconvenienced her! I haven’t been here in years and remember why now.

I door dash for a Dave's double no ketchup or pickles and it was on there then I had to find a ride up there to get another and make it home and the meat wasn't done so I will be up there tomorrow morning that is bad business if you workers don't want to work find some new

After waiting for 10 minutes in line with no one at the register, and four people ahead of me, the young girl finally appeared to take orders. She proceeded to take the orders of the four people in front of me. When I finally got to the register, she said, "I'm only allowed to take three orders and then I have to go and fill three orders,. I stretched it and took four orders. Now I have to go and prepare three orders before I can come back to the register to take yours."(suggestion one: don't do that! Suggestion two: if you can't see how that system will lead to unhappy customers, then put a sign at the register so people can choose to leave sooner rather than later,.) The drive thru was also backed up with cars. Bad systems. Bad management. Bad service.

We got order thru drive thru, got home, and was missing 2 fries, my child's burger was made wrong, he could not eat it. My wife ordered chicken salad, it was MOLDY! threw it in the garbage. DO NOT EAT HERE.
