Lucky I rated this place a 3. What is the point of having a drive through when I'm asked to come in to pick my food up. And there are vehicles in the drive thru.... I don't know if this is poor management or lazy service, but i'm not too happy about it. The whole purpose of a drive through is so folks can pick up their food if they aren't dressed to go inside somewhere.

I wanted an unsweetened iced tea and they didn't have that so I asked for just a water but then got charged $3.99 for a water. I ordered 4 chicken tenders with no sides and my total came out to $14.15 so my snack ended up being $3.54 per tender but they did include an extra tender so it came out to $2.83 per tender. While I was waiting for my order a customer that had made a large order came in complaining about how extrememly dry and bad her large wing order was. Looking at my receipt they have "NO RETURNS NO REFUNDS" printed on it... I originally came in here intending to make multiple visits to sample multiple items on their menu as I had heard they had good food and I'm always excited to try a new to me spot. My chicken tenders were actually decently good but my initial experience here raised way too many red flags and left me wishing I would have just gone to the nearby Popeyes instead. I rate the tenders at 3 stars, the dipping sauce 2 stars but the overall experience and ridiculous charge for water a 1 star. The extra tender was a nice bonus but I think it was a mistake... but maybe not and it was just a surprise.

So my mom ordered through DoorDash and when our order got here it was wrong, things were missing, I understand it’s close to closing but some of us just got off work and had to place an order. We ordered 2 large cheese fries again I know it’s close to closing but call us and tell us that you don’t have the cheese or something. Saddest part is we were craving this.

While sitting in the lobby waiting for my food I saw TWO roaches crawling across the floor… they do not do refunds either. The chicken tenders looked like pieces of cardboard. Waiting about 20-25 mins for my food as well. First and last time going for sure!
