Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

2 stars is generous.... if the red head who likes stich isn't working keep on going... she wasn't there today and let's just say these fry's are just as white as me where is the seasonings.... where is half my drink and why did I need to add sauce to my niblers? My boyfriend used to work for zaxby's this is just disappointing....

I use to work at Zaxbys in sc and y’all disappointed me and some of the workers are lazy and the food I got for my home town in Laurel Ms the chicken was dry the fry’s wasn’t even done all the way and i also worked around slow worker’s and ran the whole kitchen

We just ate here for the first time today. Everyone was polite and professional. The chicken strips were a little on the small side but hot, juicy, and fresh. The fries were great, especially when paired with the Zax sauce. The Chicken Strip Tacos with the Chipotle ranch were amazing. We will definitely go back. They do not have dine in but that's no big deal. We often eat on the go anyways.

EDITED YET AGAIN TO ADD: After typing the review below, I received an email from the owner of this location. I was unaware that this Zaxby's is locally owned - yay for local business owners!! He said he had been attempting to open a Zaxby's in Laurel for five years and had the struggle of finding a good location with enough land available for a dine-in restaurant. He had the option of either opening it as drive through/carry out only or not opening at all, so he decided to proceed with opening it as carry out only. I understand that and applaud him for taking this huge step to open up a new business in Laurel. We will still have to go with other options when we need to dine in which is frequent during the "school" year. Almost our entire basketball organization, siblings, and parents will frequently get together to eat late at night after our local games. But, on the occasions when drive through or carry out fits our needs, we'll be back :).

No dine in with this big building? Please tell me you are planning to add dine in? What happened to good southern hospitality ? The employees are good so this is no reflection on them. But I guess we will have to continue going elsewhere for our after game gatherings!

I was so happy that Laurel was getting a Zaxbys but I have given you 3 tries and today was worse than ever! Cold food, small pathetic salad, no toast, cold chicken wings! Fix this location or close it! Hattiesburg has always been great!

Look at this house salad! Tiny morsels of a little chicken, and 2 pieces of slivers of tomato and certainly almost no cheese, cucumbers or fried onions!

Pretty sure the employees can’t count to three because my Kicken Chicken Sandwich came with two tenders and a lack of torch sauce. Lack as in barely on one of the two tenders, but plenty of ranch. Do better.

Line was slow. The inside car sticks out to much and the outside line doesn't want to move.Taste just like rasing cane.
