We just ate here for the first time today. Everyone was polite and professional. The chicken strips were a little on the small side but hot, juicy, and fresh. The fries were great, especially when paired with the Zax sauce. The Chicken Strip Tacos with the Chipotle ranch were amazing. We will definitely go back. They do not have dine in but that's no big deal. We often eat on the go anyways.
EDITED YET AGAIN TO ADD: After typing the review below, I received an email from the owner of this location. I was unaware that this Zaxby's is locally owned - yay for local business owners!! He said he had been attempting to open a Zaxby's in Laurel for five years and had the struggle of finding a good location with enough land available for a dine-in restaurant. He had the option of either opening it as drive through/carry out only or not opening at all, so he...
Only delivery...... how can you do that. Very Disappointing. Your food is just great, specially Kickin Chicken Sandwich. I also use to love your fried mushrooms. We ate standing in the parking lot.
