“I had the best time at Lillo’s last night! I was with 2 of my friends catching up and relaxing. We shared the “Taste of Italy” so that we could try many of the menu items. Everything was delicious! The manicotti and the meatball were my favorite. Our waiter Steven was so kind and attentive. Mr Lillo came to check on us and we had a wonderful conversation about the history of the restaurant. Terry the musician was entertaining and added so much to the already fantastic atmosphere. We enjoyed a breathtaking sunset over the bay during our meal. The atmosphere of this restaurant was just what we needed to escape and relax for a bit. Just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, we shared the best bread pudding I have ever tasted! I can’t say enough positive things about Lillo’s. I will definitely be back when I am in the area.”

“I tried a vegan dish for the first time today and I must say I was very impressed. I had three tacos, sweet potato fries and a mango smoothie. The dish was appealing to look at, the aromas were pleasant and the taste was excellent. If you’re interested in trying vegan foods, check out this place on Highway 82, highly recommended!!”

Recently had a fairly big to-go order of 24 egg rolls and 18 chicken wings.

Egg rolls were crispy, hot, and delicious. They were not greasy and despite the number, were very consistent. They included duck sauce, prepackaged, but what you expect.

The wings were “original, “lemon pepper” and “hot, honey.”

Again, hot and crispy. Not too greasy/oily and the Order was ready at the precise time they originally told me.

They have a big menu of the Chinese standards. Give them a try.

“The Four Foodie Sisters took on the Tamale Trail in search of the best tamales. STOP RIGHT HERE, because this place is the bomb. It is only one of two places we would drive back to with more people!!! The Tamale Pie and the Fried Tamales are off the chart. Do not pass this up or miss out. The staff was AMAZING as well. Go to the 1427 Hwy 1 location because it has the full menu. We promise, you won't be disappointed. The Four Foodie Sisters know food”

“This was my second visit here at Scoops. The first time I had a small cup of gumbo, it was okay. Each day is a different lunch menu for $13.00 per person. This isn't bad if you want comfort food. 👍🏻 They also have a regular menu where you can order other items. Those prices are kinda reasonable under $20.00. I had the ruben 🥪 sandwich with potato 🥔 salad. Other family members weren't impressed. The burger 🍔 meat was very dry. The hot roast beef sandwich with gravy was very disappointing. It was everything but hot 🥵 The cheese 🧀 looked old, & the gravy was cold. 🥶 A lot of people had been raving about Scoops but never believed in the hype. 🤗 Oh yes, 1 more thing they do have a variety of delicious ice cream.. 😜😋”

“Walked in as a first-time customer & walked out as a forever customer today. One of the best salads I ever had since Q-Mart by Carrie Stern. I knew the salad was gone be busting when I smelled the fresh aroma of it from the bag. Salad was huge and Made just the way I like my salads… WITH EVERYTHING‼️ I even love how they chopped the cucumbers up small and soft. The customer service was amazing. Very nice people! “Called to place an order. Told the guy I wanted Cajun pasta, plain cheeseburger with nothing on it (asked if I wanted this and that,said no just plain), ordered another cheeseburger with everything, ordered honey gold chicken wings. Go to pick up the order, they only gave us Cajun pasta and one cheeseburger. No chicken wings because he thought I wanted honey gold sauce on the burger and missing a burger. Now having to sit and wait on another burger and just said forget the wings because it was going to be even longer. If you are going to place a phone order, have someone that can understand what is being ordered.”
