Horrible! Do not go! Manager must have been having a bad night. Shaw called the police after my husband refused to pay for a sandwich that was 4.5 inches. She was disrespectful said we were banned and when we compared my sandwich to his to show they were not the same size, she snatched them and threw them in the trash. I’ve never berated so poorly. She is young and needs a learning lesson in customer service. I pray subway reads this and gets rid of her. She is costing them...read full review
