Louisville McDonald's does what they want. I always do the same order digitally and most of the time I don't get any sauces(which are on my order) or the correct drink. I order Dr.pepper or rootbeer and alot of times I get diet coke. They cycle through workers too much by the time someone has worked and learned they have someone new and it feels like we train them.

McDonald's is a well-maintained restaurant with a clean atmosphere. While the front counter staff may be slow to attend to customers, the restaurant's modern and futuristic ambiance is a positive note. The happy meal is a great option for families with children. However, some customers may experience delays or inconvenience due to issues with drink availability. On a positive note, the restaurant offers a wheelchair accessible entrance. The food, including the quarter pounder meal and Big Mac, has received high praise for its quality and taste. Overall, McDonald's is a popular spot for families and those seeking a quick bite.
