Everyone at this Pizza Hut has always been friendly, but that's about where it ends. Every time I order from this Pizza Hut we have to check our food before we leave. Multiple times after getting there on time ti pick up my food, I have to wait for them to make a whole new pizza because something wasn't right on the one I got. Or they got pizzas mixed up and I got someone else's pizza.Sadly this is one of the better restaurants in Louisville, unless you want Mexican...
I’m not sure if the server was friendly or not…he didn’t say anything. The food was hot and good.

We ate the buffet and the pizzas were not dry from heat lamps or warming plates. They were hot and taste like they were fresh from the oven. There were several kinds to choose from including desserts.
