Coming from a town that lost our sonic because of how horrible it was I’m thankful Louisville has a great sonic. I put my order in online, I didn’t wait long at all, everything was correct(it was a large order), and the carhop was extremely nice.
P.s. thank you for making my kids dinner. You really saved a tired mom tonight!

Staff was rude and hung up the intercom after telling me the two things I ordered were either not working or out. The app sucks and doesn’t allow you to log in after creating an account either.

We waited a really long time for someone to even take her order. And then waited a really long time for it to come out. I only ordered a mini milkshake for my daughter and an iced coffee for myself. They gave me the wrong size milkshake but it was actually an upgrade to a small. The iced coffee though was terrible. It was sweeter than the milkshake. It was like drinking straight sugar.

My burger was cold,my cheese wasn't even melted and I requested onions and didn't get any! And my milkshake was too soupy. I normally have to use a spoon to get my milkshake out but it was so soupy til I gulped it down so fast. My burger was just a sloppy hot mess. Looks like it had been brought back from earlier and reused. I usually get good service from Sonic but not today.
