Thought this was a derivative of a franchise we frequent in Houston, well it's not but it's actually alot better. The menu was full of great items. The shakes were great, fries were fresh and anytime I can get a fried green tomatoe I'm game! I will be returning to try something new next time I'm in town.
Jack's was pretty good. Friendly service. Tonight they had bags of candy for the kids. That was nice. My grandson loved his Mac n cheese and my granddaughter ate her entire hamburger

I would have given it a 5 star review but....the lady didn't give me the right change for a $100. I got the food fast but had to wait on a shake. Then I had to wait for a straw. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. I did fail to ask for the ketchup so technically that's my fault for forgetting. I was so focused on keeping the money on camera till she came back and I could point out the error. Even though, I would recommend this Jack's above all the other fast food joints in Louisville....read full review
