Family and I went there last night. Order was taken at 7:03, appetizer of cheesy bread didn't arrive untill 8:05, cold enough that the kids could pick it up and hold in palm of their hands. During this hour wait the waitress not once come by to check on us. We while watching others get seated, served and some even finish and leave. When the food finally arrived , it too was cool. My order however was not delivered. I asked the waitress where my food was, I got a deer in the headlights stare. Asking for the manager was no help. She came out with a bunch of excuses that clearly made no sense after watching others get served. When my food arrived 20 min later, my family was finished eating, my food was also cold and wrong. This was our 2nd last time to go there. Oh and might I add with the bad food and service they add and inflation charge to the bill.

Hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten in Mississippi. The crust was amazing, but the fresh herbs topped it off. Amazing!

Hands down the absolutely worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Food not being brought out, drinks not being refilled, salads brought out at the end after repeated requests for them throughout the meal. Although the food was outstanding, it was ruined by lackluster service. Not only was the service a terrible experience, it appears their handheld credit card payment machine automatically processed a 20% tip for themselves. They offered 10% off and free desert which we gladly took and felt better about the situation until they tipped themselves. I hope you get better service than we did. It's a shame because the food was amazing. One more note, we were the only table at the time.Edit: The owners contacted us about our experience that night. I won't go into details, but they made it right. We returned last week and had another meal. I was hesitant at first after seeing some of the same employees from our first visit. Those worries quickly disappeared. Service was top notch! Couldn't have asked for a better experience this go round. Place was pretty busy as well. The food, like last time, was absolutely amazing. If the service continues to be excellent, we will definitely continue to eat here! Thank you Lucedale house of pizza.
