Hands down the absolutely worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Food not being brought out, drinks not being refilled, salads brought out at the end after repeated requests for them throughout the meal. Although the food was outstanding, it was ruined by lackluster service. Not only was the service a terrible experience, it appears their handheld credit card payment machine automatically processed a 20% tip for themselves.
