“Hands down the absolutely worst service I have ever received at any restaurant. Food not being brought out, drinks not being refilled, salads brought out at the end after repeated requests for them throughout the meal. Although the food was outstanding, it was ruined by lackluster service. Not only was the service a terrible experience, it appears their handheld credit card payment machine automatically processed a 20% tip for themselves. They offered 10% off and free desert which we gladly took and felt better about the situation until they tipped themselves. I hope you get better service than we did. It's a shame because the food was amazing. One more note, we were the only table at the time.Edit: The owners contacted us about our experience that night. I won't go into details, but they made it right. We returned last week and had another meal. I was hesitant at first after seeing some of the same employees from our first visit. Those worries quickly disappeared. Service was top notch! Couldn't have asked for a better experience this go round. Place was pretty busy as well. The food, like last time, was absolutely amazing.
