Best hidden little gem in Lumberton, MS!!!Fast friendly service and very good food. If you haven’t been you’re missing out!!!
While commuting to Louisiana we decided to stop here for a quick lunch and let me tell you 10/10! Everything was fantastic from the service to the food. I recommend and will stop again. :)

Based on the reviews, Jalisco Mexican Restaurant offers delicious food, though the interior is like a cantina and not a favorite style for some. The steak, chicken and shrimp fajitas, taco supreme, and enchiladas supreme are excellent. The tacos de caballo had spot-on delicious chicken and steak, and the rice has the best flavor. The fiesta nachos, quesabirria, and a meat+rice+cheese dish were quite good, well seasoned, fresh, and hot. The salsa is excellent. The restaurant is under new management, so there are kinks to be worked out. The service is great and the staff is nice, though sometimes service lacks a little when busy. The atmosphere is very laid back, clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Prices on meals and queso have gone up. The queso dip was once extremely watered down and cold, and the taco dinner meat was greasy with rice not quite done. However, overall, it is a gem and a 5-star worthy restaurant.
